機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,文章的重點(diǎn)放在其三個(gè)部件:升降機(jī)構(gòu)、行走機(jī)構(gòu)、貨叉伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)上,并設(shè)計(jì)一種帶柔性裝置的堆垛機(jī)安全機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 近年來(lái),隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與管理的不斷提高,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到物流系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重要。 I 畢業(yè)論文 雙立柱式巷道堆垛機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) II 摘 要 自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)是物流中的重要組成部分,它是在不直接進(jìn)行人工干預(yù)的情況下自動(dòng)地存儲(chǔ)和取出物流的系統(tǒng)。它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會(huì)發(fā)展的高科技產(chǎn)物,對(duì)提高生產(chǎn)率、降低成本有著重要意義。堆垛機(jī)是自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)中最重要的起重堆垛設(shè)備,它能夠在自動(dòng)化立體的巷道中來(lái)回穿梭運(yùn)行,將位于巷道口的貨物存入貨格;或者相反取出貨格內(nèi)的貨物運(yùn)送到巷道口。首先,提出各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;其次,對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的受力情況進(jìn)行了分析并計(jì)算,然后估算初取值,再進(jìn)行校核,最后確定各個(gè)實(shí)際值。 or opposite take out the goods transit in goods shelf go to tunnel mouth.
