【正文】 用 Email 等網絡通信技術 6 將這一資源主動的推向市場，在這樣一個激烈的競 爭環(huán)境下，無疑這一系統(tǒng)將為出版社 業(yè)務的展開和推廣 提供動力和保障。 圖書資源是出版社最重要的資源 ， 出版社所有經營運作活動的基礎都是基于圖書資源基礎之上的。 系統(tǒng)國內外發(fā)展現狀及開發(fā)意義 目前國內外開發(fā)了很 多優(yōu)秀的圖書管理系統(tǒng)，其一般包括圖書基本信息錄入、檢索、流通等，一般都面向于圖書館內的圖書流通管理或是企業(yè)內圖書資料的管理。 自 1995 年以來，一直被國家新聞出版總署評為良好出版社。近幾年來，在全國和各省市圖書 評比中， 經濟管理出版社 出版的圖書共獲得 40 余種一、二等獎，還有一些圖書獲得全國和各省市圖書優(yōu)秀獎或十佳經濟讀物獎，其中，獲得 “ 五個一工程獎 ”3 個。其中 有的 刊物和書籍出過英文版 、 日文版和中文繁體字版，有些書籍 遠銷海 外。還編輯出版《中國工業(yè)發(fā)展報告》、《中國科技發(fā)展研究報告》等刊物 ?，F有職工 78 人，其中高級職稱 10 人， 中級職 稱 20 人，下設總編室、人事部、市場推廣部、財務部、行政后勤部、出版部、發(fā)行部、第一、第二、第三、第四圖書編輯部。其中書目管理包括對出版社書目的瀏覽、增加、修改、各種方式的查詢及分類管理等等；網絡營銷系統(tǒng)是通過對書目信息和客戶信息的有效管理，借助電子郵件群發(fā)來向客戶進行圖書宣傳，可以根據模版自動插入書目信息生成郵件；書目數據生成包括書目數據的導入導出及模版管理，可以以多種模板實現書目數據庫和 Excel 和 word 之間的轉換。同時本系統(tǒng)借助了網絡媒體這一優(yōu)勢，以電子郵件作為一種營銷手段來對外進行圖書推廣，可以說這是本系統(tǒng)的一個亮點，配合圖書管理和客戶管理的相應功能，在方便與老客戶溝通的同時，又可以輕松發(fā)展新的客戶，而郵件群發(fā)這一功能的加入將使得這一過程變得更加的輕松、方便。本文依據管理信息系統(tǒng)的基本設計方法，詳細的闡述了整個系統(tǒng)的設計思路，并對其各個部分做出了詳細的分析，最終形成了一套完整的解決方案。 面對這一新的形勢，經濟管理出版社積極推進自身的信息化建設，以適應發(fā)展需求。出版業(yè)由于自身所具備的信息的生產者、 加工者和傳播者的屬性，已經是信息產業(yè)的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。 關鍵詞： 書目 管理 ；網絡營銷；郵件群發(fā)；出版社 ABSTRACT The digitization and the work is the remarkable characteristic of the present era, the publishing house are not only the information processors and disseminators but also an enterprise, it urgently need to breakthrough tradition operation pattern with the information technology, facing this kind of present situation of the publication, this article described the project of the design and execution of the system which is called the book information management system to meets the concrete need of the economical management publishing house, and elaborated the entire design of the application system in detail. This system help modern publishing house make full use of the publication resources and excavate the publication resources, enhances the efficiency of the publishing house, reduces the cost of the operation, manage the books resources of the publishing house effectively and dynamically by bines the web, information and new operation pattern together, and carries on the external work marketing. This system has three modules: Book information management, online marketing system and book data generating. Book management includes the browsing, increasing, revision of the book information, and it can search the book information with kinds of condition, and it can carry out the classified management of the book information.
