After the opening up of Chinain 80s of the 20th century,the business of office market has entered into the real estatemarket as one of the most important kinds. It was at that time that this kind of business developed in those forefront cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou. Compared to these domestic firstline cities, Kunming has a later development in the office building market,but with its unique geographic factors and economic characteristics, especially as the Southeast Asian region is facing important strategic location and the indepth exploration of the western region, the Kunming office market development is of strategic importance and historical inevitability, whether from the angle of their own industrial development or from the action of attracting investment from the outside world. At present time there is little research made into the Kunming office building by having a firm grasp of the supply and demand conditions of it, the rents and selling prirces, the influential factors and future trends can we have a better understanding of this market.
