【正文】 第一章 緒 論 機械式立體停車庫發(fā)展概況機械式停車設(shè)備的應(yīng)用已有 30 多年的歷史了。本文對 PSH7D 升降橫移式立體停車庫的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的力學(xué)分析，包括 PSH7D升降橫移式立體停車庫的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強度、橫移傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度和升降傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度等。一些大城市已運用其實現(xiàn)許多停車問題。機械式立體停車庫可充分利用空間，在有限場地上，最大限度停放車輛，是改善城市交通，緩解城市停車難的新途徑。首先，機械車庫具有突出的節(jié)地優(yōu)勢。但立體化停車是各個國家都積極采取的措施，尤其是全自動化的機械式立體停車庫，在很多國家和地區(qū)都得到了快速的發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞: 機械式立體停車庫；PSH7D 升降橫移式立體停車庫；結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)；防墜機構(gòu)AbstractThe paper introduced and analyzed structure and control system of PSH7D the updown and translation cubic carbase park which had been finished by author. For demand of cubic carbase Park in society, The paper analyzed characteristics of every kind of cubic carbase Park, elected a kind of mechanical cubic carbaseParkthe updown and translation cubic carbase Park which could meet thesociety demand. The smsolver was used to prehensively analyze PSH7D the updown and translation cubic carbase park. Including intension of the framework structure and axes etc, The optimal design was performed on the framework structure and part structure, it added intension and reduced the whole weight. The paper adopted PLC as control system in designing PSH7D the updown and translation cubic carbase park. The result proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility ,speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand in design cubic carbase park, according to criterion of mechanical parking systemsgeneral safety requirement and the facts of PSH7D the updown and translation cubic carbase park the paper introduced some safety technique which was used in PSH7D the updown and translation cubic carbase park. This can ensure absolute safety for Car and make the whole carbase park safety and running smooth. The sample of carbase park was founded and tested, this carbase park run well. Every index is higher criterion of country.
