In order to guide all of the node enterprises involved in the supply chain whose core is the shipyard better, it needs more deeply and extensively study of the optimization and coordination as well as the risk research and other issues in the supply chain management area especially when the 2008 outbreak of the global financial crisis which brought a lot of influence on the shipbuilding industry.The main content of this thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the study, as well as the exist research in this area and the innovation of this paper.The second section is a basic part of this paper which will be the basement of the following research. It consists of the brief introduction to supply chain, shipbuilding supply chain and CVaR.Then considering the spare parts variable delivery lead time, this paper presents the optimization model of a shipbuilding supply chain consisting of multiple spare parts suppliers and one shipyard. The proposed model determines the shipyard’s optimal ship capacity, and the suppliers’ optimal spare parts delivery lead time. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and pare the total shipbuilding supply chain profits when the spare parts delivery lead time crashing cost is assumed by the suppliers alone and shared by both suppliers and the shipyard.The forth part of the thesis, based on the above , introduces the financial risk control tool, the conditional valueatrisk, to study riskaverse supply chains optimization and coordination mechanism problem of the shipbuilding supply chain. For a twoechelon supply chain with a riskaverse shipyard and risk–averse spare parts suppliers, we construct the conditional valueatrisk model.
