Economicaltype hotel bees the hit field in hotel industry. Its development potentiality is very tremendous. More and more people demand the economicaltype hotel. The market share of economicaltype hotel has been more and more. And it is supported by a large network. However, the internal economicaltype hotel has a good opportunity to develop. Meanwhile, it also faces to a big challenge. So working out how the internal economicaltype hotel to develop is very important. In this paper, it makes some detailed analysis about the present situation of the internal economicaltype hotel, pares with some top panies and suggests some development measures at the aspects of market, operating, management, product, training of bright people and improving service, in accordance with the existed problems. The paper analyses the present situation of the internal economicaltype hotel and suggests some development measures to provide reference for the sound development of the internal economicaltype hotel and pushes economicaltype hotel to develop faster.Key words: Economicaltype hotel。 Development measures 引 論在我國市場經(jīng)濟不斷穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的同時，我國旅游業(yè)也在快速健康的發(fā)展，這對于飯店業(yè)、酒店業(yè)環(huán)境、價格、服務等方面提出了更高的要求。經(jīng)濟型酒店最早產(chǎn)生于上世紀50年代的美國，它的服務功能集中在住宿上并力求精益求精，其主要經(jīng)營模式就是一種“Bamp。這類酒店主要是以比較經(jīng)濟的價格為顧客提供有限的服務，以優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務和優(yōu)惠的房價作為賣點，具有簡潔、方便、舒適以及安全等特點，它將客戶定位為中小型客戶，主要有在中小企業(yè)工作的一些工薪階層、商務人員、自助游游客、學生群體等。盡管目前經(jīng)濟型酒店的發(fā)展勢頭不錯，但由于我國經(jīng)濟型酒店尚未成熟， 還沒有形成固定或者普遍公認的標準和經(jīng)營管理模式。而且這樣一個高速成長的行業(yè)一直沒有行業(yè)標準進行規(guī)范和引導，市場對經(jīng)濟型酒店的定義、硬件設施的設置及軟件內(nèi)容等方面并不清晰，經(jīng)濟型酒店在運營過程中經(jīng)營界定比較模糊，這些問題都很大程度上制約了我國經(jīng)濟型酒店的良好發(fā)展。一、我國經(jīng)濟型酒店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析（一）發(fā)展速度快，發(fā)展空間大在中國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展、旅游市場持續(xù)增長、各地交通、會議、展覽和城市基礎設施建設加速改善以及奧運會、世博會等眾多利好因素的推動下，我國經(jīng)濟型酒店的市場供應在近幾年繼續(xù)保持高速的增長。相對于2006年，已開業(yè)店數(shù)的增長率是125%，客房數(shù)增長率為123%，其中如家與錦江之星兩家企業(yè)的酒店就已經(jīng)覆蓋了29個省市劉曉麗．中國經(jīng)濟型酒店的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略．山西財經(jīng)大學學報．200911。經(jīng)濟型酒店前十強分別是如家、錦江之星、莫泰連鎖、7天連鎖、漢庭酒店、格林豪泰、速8酒店、宜必思、維也納、萬好萬家。隨著2010年上海世博會的臨近，我國經(jīng)濟型酒店部分品牌的擴張速度將達到200%到300%，而新品牌也將不斷的出現(xiàn)，其中如家就計劃到2011年累計開業(yè)1000家門店，錦江之星計劃到2010年發(fā)展到600家門店。表1 我國前十強經(jīng)濟型酒店06——09年第一季度供應量年份酒店數(shù)客房數(shù)200686411048520071080135896200820053129302009第一季度3028335624我國經(jīng)濟型酒店行業(yè)正以驚人的速度發(fā)展，而且呈現(xiàn)蓬勃的發(fā)展勢頭，前景十分讓人看好。近年我國人均GDP持續(xù)增長，人民生活水平有了大幅的提高，我國公民出外旅游現(xiàn)象也越來越普遍。2008年我國主要城市接待游客數(shù)量為44940975人次，2009年數(shù)量為47253435人次。世界旅游組織調(diào)研報告預測，“中國將在2020年成為世界第一旅游接待大國，．我國
