具設(shè)計 ,鞏固和深化了所學(xué)知識,取得了比較滿意的效果,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計意圖。如此設(shè)計出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠,保證了與其他部件的配合。 本設(shè)計對 油缸油窗端蓋注塑模具設(shè)計 ,利用 Pro/E 軟件對塑件進(jìn)行了實(shí)體造型,對塑件結(jié)構(gòu) 進(jìn)行了工藝分析。 近 10 年來,由于塑料具有的良好特性,使得塑料制品獲得愈來愈廣泛的應(yīng)用,塑料模已成為廣泛使用的一類模具。河南理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)說明書 I 油缸 油窗端蓋注塑模具設(shè)計 摘 要 塑料注塑模是一種用來生產(chǎn)塑料零件的模具。它被安裝在塑料注塑機(jī)上,由塑料注塑機(jī)將塑料顆粒融化成熱熔體,經(jīng)過合模、高壓注塑、高壓冷卻定型、開模、推出制件等工序,獲得所需的塑料制品。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,塑料制品總重量大約 35%是用于注射成型, 80%以上的工程塑料制品都要采用注射成型方式生產(chǎn)。明確了設(shè)計思路,確定了注射成型工藝過程并對各個具體部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計算和校核。最后用 autoCAD 繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。 關(guān)鍵詞: 塑料模具,注射成型, 模具設(shè) 計 河南理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)說明書 II The fuel tank of the oil window end cap injection mold design ABSTRACT Plastic injection mold is used to produce plastic parts of a mold.
