【正文】 Abs tract Nowadays, the fast puter development brings to the teachers beings another productive forces revolution. The puter technology has been used in various disciplines. In line with the puter technology, the teachers management system has e into being and gradually bees mature and flawless, every department and institution need the personnel management system, we must set up the teachers management system which is fit for their own characteristics so as to satisfy the demand of the times. This article focuses on the design process of the college and university personnel management system, according to the realistic conditions and taking into account the real needs, the system is divided into main modules including staff information management, senior matters management. Every module includes functions such as add, delete, modify and select, all the functions intertwined with each other closely. Windows 2021 server is used as the main development platform for this process, using technologies like html, asp(active server pages)，ado(activex date object), the acplishment relies on the developing tools such as Dreamweaver 8, SQL SERVER 2021, Fireworks .
