【正文】 摘 要 在當(dāng)今社會，計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，給人類帶來了又一次生產(chǎn)力的革命，計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)已經(jīng)廣泛的應(yīng)用到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。 師資 管理信息系統(tǒng)是也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并且日趨成熟、完善，任何一個(gè) 學(xué)校 都需要進(jìn)行 師資 管理，適應(yīng)當(dāng)代 師資 管理的需求，就必須建立與自身特點(diǎn)相適應(yīng)的 師資 管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本文詳細(xì)的闡述了 師資 管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的過程，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，綜合考慮 師資 管理的需要，系統(tǒng)將分為教職工基本信息管理、 統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、 重要事項(xiàng)管理等主要模塊。各個(gè)模塊均有相應(yīng)的增、刪、改、查等功能， 而今各部分都有著緊密的聯(lián)系。 在本次系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的過程 中 本系統(tǒng)主要以 Windows XP Professional 為開發(fā)發(fā)布平臺，主要使用html， asp(active server pages)， ado(activex date object)等技術(shù)，主要借助dreamweaver 8， SQL SERVER 2021， fireworks 等開發(fā)工具開發(fā)完成。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 師資 管理 管理信息系統(tǒng) ASP Abs tract Nowadays, the fast puter development brings to the teachers beings another productive forces revolution. The puter technology has been used in various disciplines. In line with the puter technology, the teachers management system has e into being and gradually bees mature and flawless, every department and institution need the personnel management system, we must set up the teachers management system which is fit for their own characteristics so as to satisfy the demand of the times. This article focuses on the design process of the college and university personnel management system, according to the realistic conditions and taking into account the real needs, the system is divided into main modules including staff information management, senior matters management. Every module includes functions such as add, delete, modify and select, all the functions intertwined with each other closely. Windows 2021 server is used as the main development platform for this process, using technologies like html, asp(active server pages)，ado(activex date object), the acplishment relies on the developing tools such as Dreamweaver 8, SQL SERVER 2021, Fireworks .
