【正文】 atio, hepaticsplenic。結(jié)論 肝、脾 CT值與血清中 TG及 CHOL含量有明顯相關(guān)性，可以通過檢測 TG及 CHOL含量診斷脂肪肝。方法 篩選 56名臨床確診的脂肪肝患者及 20名年齡匹配的健康對(duì)象作為對(duì)照，逐例測量肝脾 CT值與血清中甘油三酯 (TG)及總膽固醇 (CHOL)含量，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 Serum triglyceride。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ] 脂肪肝；肝、脾 CT比值；血清甘油三酯；血清總膽固醇 5 Abstract Objective To study the correlation between the ratio of hepaticsplenic CT values and the level of blood lipids in fatty liver patients and to assess its significance for the diagnosis. Methods Fiftysix patients with clinically known fatty liver and twenty age matched healthy controls were collected in this study. Blood biochemical indicators and CT value of livers were measured and analyzed.
