Methods Fiftysix patients with clinically known fatty liver and twenty age matched healthy controls were collected in this study. Blood biochemical indicators and CT value of livers were measured and analyzed. Results The study showed all the biochemical indicators were negative correlative with the CT values, the levels of blood TG,CHOL in fatty liver group is significantly higher than those in In fatty liver patients, the ratio of hepaticsplenic CT values is closely correlated with the level of serous TG and CHOL, so that these measurements can be used for diagnosing the fatty liver. 【 Key words 】 Fatty liver。 結果 血清中 TG及 CHOL含量與肝脾 CT值負相關，病例組的 TG， CHOL值明顯高于對照 著。北京：人民衛(wèi)生出版社，20xx： 106.
