【正文】 造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，我系統(tǒng)地分析了我國機械制造業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢及CAD/CAM 技術(shù)的要求，對國內(nèi)外各種 CAD/CAM 軟件的特點及其應用環(huán)境進行了分析，指出了 CAD/CAM 系統(tǒng)應用的選型原則及開發(fā)原則，闡述了 CAD/CAM 技術(shù)的發(fā)展及應用對我國機械制造業(yè)的意義所在。在硬件方面 , 計算機性能價格比的日益提高也促進了 CAD/CAM 向規(guī)?；瘧梅较虬l(fā)展 。多數(shù)企 業(yè)的計算機出圖率已達到 100%。 從 1995 年我國進人 “ 九五 ” 計劃階段起 , CAD/CAM 的應用也進人了新的時期。在對 CAD 應用的認識水平上 , 這一時期有了明顯的提高 , 大家開始認識到 , 硬件只是一個支撐環(huán)境 , 而軟件才是真正產(chǎn)生效益的工具。這一時期的軟件，盡管各自在技術(shù)上仍然偏重某一 個應用領(lǐng)域 , 但都在朝著 CAD/CAM 一體化方向發(fā)展。軟件上，二維 CAD 進入黃金時期，得到了廣泛的運 用，以 Auto CAD為基礎結(jié)合國內(nèi)需要進行國產(chǎn)化的軟件幾乎統(tǒng)治整個二維 CAD軟件市場。從硬件上看，由于受“巴統(tǒng)”限制，國外所以高科技設備必須把通過巴黎技術(shù)統(tǒng)籌委員會審查才能向中國出口 ，這就造成我 們使用的硬件和軟件的過程中，經(jīng)費的絕大部分都用在硬件上，而軟件的投資一般只占一個零頭。 第一階段，大約從 70 年代到 80 年代末，時間上橫跨國家的“六五”和“七五”計劃。 第二節(jié) CAD/CAM 在我國運用的幾個階段 在我國， CAD/CAM 技術(shù)的研究開始于 20 世紀 70 年代，最早起步于航空和造船工業(yè)，后來逐 步在機械、電子、建筑、汽車和服裝等行業(yè)推廣開來。形勢下，我國機械制造業(yè)面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。s enterprises to accelerate the integration into the global petition.
