The Chinese have been using chopsticks for three thousand years and the legend about chopsticks is full of variety. During the ancient emperor period, Onono Imoko and others brought the Chinese chopsticks culture to Japan, and then caused a pervasive fever for using chopsticks. In Japan, the wide variety of chopsticks has a widely range of usings with a profound meaning.
