經(jīng)頸靜脈肝內(nèi)門腔靜脈分流術(shù)（transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt，TIPSS）于 1989 年始用于臨床, 經(jīng)過(guò) 10 余年的臨床檢驗(yàn)證明 ,其可有效降低門脈壓 ,從而在治療急慢性食管、胃、腸的靜脈曲張破裂出血、頑固性腹水和肝性胸水等疾病方面卓有成效[ 1 40 ]
