( 2)、本項(xiàng)目將遵循 本章第一節(jié) 所規(guī)定的組織管理模式和職責(zé)分工,為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制。 In pliance with the anization and management mode and duty assignment defined in the first paragraph of this chapter, the project manager responsibility system will be adopted for the project. ( 1)、作為本項(xiàng)目前期準(zhǔn)備和組織策劃的重要內(nèi)容,我單位根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目的特 點(diǎn)及施工技術(shù)的要求編制了相應(yīng)的人員計(jì)劃和施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。進(jìn)場(chǎng)前我方根據(jù)招投標(biāo)文件、合同文件以及與 總包方 的溝通,細(xì)化本人力資源和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,此計(jì)劃經(jīng) 美施威爾 審核批準(zhǔn)后生效,作為我單位本項(xiàng)目的施工計(jì)劃。 As an important element of our preliminary preparation and construction planning, we have made our workforce schedule and work progress schedule in response to the features and construction requirements of the project. ( 2)、所有由我單位提供的主要生產(chǎn)資材(預(yù)算表和圖紙上能夠反映出來(lái)的資材)應(yīng)在進(jìn)場(chǎng)前一次性準(zhǔn)確提出總的供應(yīng)申請(qǐng)計(jì)劃,即 “ 一次提計(jì)劃、分批采購(gòu)的原則 ” Work out an accurate materials and supplies application plan prior to mobilization for the main items to be furnished by our pany(as indicated on the bill of quantities and drawings), . on the principle of ― Apply in a single plan for purchase in batches‖. It is not allowed to file repeated applications for main materials. ( 3)、與 總 包 確認(rèn)所有由甲方提供的材料設(shè)備的進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃和參數(shù)等等,并繪制成表。 Verify with the general contractor the delivery plan and performance parameters of the materials and equipment to be furnished by the owner and tabulate the information. ( 1)、 開工 前在技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人的帶領(lǐng)下做好本項(xiàng)目施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的審核并報(bào)單位主任工程師批準(zhǔn)。 Carry out reviewing work of the construction method statement for this project under the lead of the technical chief and present it to our pany’s chief engineer for approval prior to work mencement. ( 2)、 開工 前組織各專業(yè)工程師充分理解消化圖紙并與 美施威爾 溝通,填寫相關(guān)圖紙會(huì)審記錄和技術(shù)洽談紀(jì)要。 Organize engineers of disciplines for indepth understanding and prior to work mencement. Communicate M+W for any clarification needed and plete minutes of joint drawing reviews and technical discussions. ( 3)、做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工定測(cè),作好圖紙與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際的確認(rèn)對(duì)比工作,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)整施工圖并與設(shè)計(jì)溝通。 Perform construction site survey. Compare drawings with physical site conditions for confirmation. Introduce adjustment to drawings out of physical site conditions and municate the designer.
