【導(dǎo)讀】業(yè)，預(yù)建設(shè)一條完整的從晶體生長(zhǎng)到硅片加工的直拉太陽(yáng)能硅片生產(chǎn)線，是光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要一環(huán)。含前期準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間)。我單位根據(jù)本次工程的工作量和施工特點(diǎn)，編制了本工程的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃附后，對(duì)工程的各個(gè)主要節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行里程碑式的管理并保證符合美施威爾公司的完成時(shí)間要求。本工程詳細(xì)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，并可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作相應(yīng)的提前或順延。根據(jù)合同工期的要求，編制工程總進(jìn)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃、周計(jì)劃，并按計(jì)劃管理程序?qū)嵤?。督促、檢查各有關(guān)部門對(duì)勞動(dòng)力、材料、施工機(jī)具、運(yùn)輸車輛及加工品的供應(yīng)情況。督促、檢查施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路、水、電及動(dòng)力的使用情況，從而建立正常施工秩序。迅速正確在傳達(dá)項(xiàng)目部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)施工方面的各項(xiàng)決定，并督促檢查執(zhí)行情況。

　　

【正文】 onditions and can meet work execution needs. 管理體系的準(zhǔn)備 Preparation of management system （ 1）、管理出效益，管理體系的優(yōu)化和有效運(yùn)行是本項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵。 Optimization and efficiency of the management system to yield benefits is vital to the success of the project. （ 2）、本項(xiàng)目將遵循 本章第一節(jié) 所規(guī)定的組織管理模式和職責(zé)分工，為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制。 In pliance with the anization and management mode and duty assignment defined in the first paragraph of this chapter, the project manager responsibility system will be adopted for the project. （ 3）、管理體系主要包括生產(chǎn)管理、安全管理和質(zhì)量管理三個(gè)體系，各自獨(dú)立又相互緊密聯(lián)系。 The management system consists of three subsystems—production, safety and quality, relatively independent and closely interrelated. 管理制度的準(zhǔn)備 Management rules and regulations （ 1）、落實(shí)完善各種管理體系和人員職責(zé)分工。 Establish and consolidate all necessary management systems and define responsibilities of each individual person. （ 2）、落實(shí)各項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目管理制度并落實(shí)教育貫徹方法，責(zé)任到人。 Establish project management rules and regulations and effectuate training and implementation with responsibilities assigned to each individual person. （ 3）、及時(shí)與 美施威爾 公司 溝通確認(rèn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)其 他相關(guān)管理規(guī)定。 Communicate M+W for clarification of any additional management rules and regulations required on site. （ 4）、相關(guān)管理制度應(yīng)按單位統(tǒng)一規(guī)定張貼上墻。 Post project management rules and regulations. 生產(chǎn)人員的進(jìn)場(chǎng)組織 Workforce mobilization . （ 1）、作為本項(xiàng)目前期準(zhǔn)備和組織策劃的重要內(nèi)容，我單位根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目的特 點(diǎn)及施工技術(shù)的要求編制了相應(yīng)的人員計(jì)劃和施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。進(jìn)場(chǎng)前我方根據(jù)招投標(biāo)文件、合同文件以及與 總包方 的溝通，細(xì)化本人力資源和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，此計(jì)劃經(jīng) 美施威爾 審核批準(zhǔn)后生效，作為我單位本項(xiàng)目的施工計(jì)劃。 As an important element of our preliminary preparation and construction planning, we have made our workforce schedule and work progress schedule in response to the features and construction requirements of the project. Present the hoisting schemes and plans to M+W technical and safety offices for review and approval when working on equipment in connection with the general contractor. （ 6）、根據(jù)我單位材料管理制度和本項(xiàng)目的材料管理體系，編制資材管理計(jì)劃和方案。 Prepare a materials control scheme and procedure in accordance with our inhouse materials control practices and the materials control system for this project. 技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備 Technical preparation . （ 1）、 開工 前在技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人的帶領(lǐng)下做好本項(xiàng)目施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的審核并報(bào)單位主任工程師批準(zhǔn)。 Carry out reviewing work of the construction method statement for this project under the lead of the technical chief and present it to our pany’s chief engineer for approval prior to work mencement. （ 2）、 開工 前組織各專業(yè)工程師充分理解消化圖紙并與 美施威爾 溝通，填寫相關(guān)圖紙會(huì)審記錄和技術(shù)洽談紀(jì)要。 Organize engineers of disciplines for indepth understanding and prior to work mencement. Communicate M+W for any clarification needed and plete minutes of joint drawing reviews and technical discussions. （ 3）、做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工定測(cè)，作好圖紙與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際的確認(rèn)對(duì)比工作，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)整施工圖并與設(shè)計(jì)溝通。 Perform construction site survey. Compare drawings with physical site conditions for confirmation. Introduce adjustment to drawings out of physical site conditions and municate the designer. （ 4）、預(yù)先作好各專業(yè)本項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容所要求的各項(xiàng)保密、安全、質(zhì)量、施工方案等技術(shù)交底材料。 Prepare in advance all files of nondisclosure, safety, quality and work execution required for technical clarification of each work item under the discipline. 為 提高 施工工效，我單位力爭(zhēng)將全部管道加工工作盡量安排在預(yù)制區(qū)預(yù)制加工后，再運(yùn)輸至安裝點(diǎn)進(jìn)行裝配安裝。我們將根據(jù)施工圖繪制二維或三維的管道加工圖，精確確定每一段管線的長(zhǎng)度后，在預(yù)制區(qū)集中預(yù)制加工。這樣優(yōu)點(diǎn)是對(duì)與設(shè)備的需求和管理、動(dòng)火和用電的安全、焊接品質(zhì)等關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)可以集中管理，減少對(duì)設(shè)備和焊工等資源 的需求總量，方便品質(zhì)的管理。問題是對(duì)管道加工圖的精度要求較高，從而對(duì)技術(shù)人員的水平提出較高要求。我單位在本項(xiàng)目上安排的工程技術(shù)人員全部具有豐富的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可以勝任此工作。 For the purpose to raise work efficiency, we shall try to acplish all pipe fabrication in the prefab area before shipment to the installation spots for asse
