utor:GongZhaogangAbstract: The dissertation study on mathematical model with immune control by using the theory of differential equations, consider the total population is the effect of a constant input, model existence the diseasefree equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium is discussed, by using the eigenvalue method and the Jacobi matrix to get the local stability of the diseasefree equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium point. The method of constructing Dulac function, sufficient conditions for global stability of the diseasefree equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are obtained, and the matlab software is used to simulate.
