Smoking and tobacco products are banned in all site facilities including parking garages. Their use is only permitted outdoors at least 100 feet away from any door or in designated smoking areas. Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited on all construction sites except in designated areas. 167。 禁止在現(xiàn)場燒垃圾或廢物。垃圾應在作標記的容器中正確地處置。167。 Burning of trash or waste materials is not permitted on site. Trash will be disposed of properly in marked containers.紀律處分Disciplinary Actions違反安全規(guī)定和/或地方要求或標準的項目人員將受到紀律處分。根據(jù)違規(guī)程度確定相應等級的紀律處分。具體的紀律處分由項目安全經(jīng)理確定，包括口頭警告、書面警告、罰款、終止合同及/或立即解雇。Project personnel violating safety regulations and/or local requirements or standards will be disciplined. The severity of the discrepancy will determine the level of discipline to be administered. Disciplinary actions will be determined by the project Designated Safety Representative and may include informal verbal warning, written warning, penalty, immediate removal and terminate contract and/or immediate dismissal.零容忍政策Zero Tolerance Policy違反零容忍政策的項目人員會被立即開除出現(xiàn)場或解雇。零容忍政策適用于項目全體人員，事項的清單如下： Project personnel violating “Zero Tolerance” policy will result in immediate termination or dismiss. “Zero Tolerance” is applied for all staffs in this project. The list of “Zero Tolerance” is as follows:167。 不按要求穿戴安全防護用品人員。167。 Person in site without PPE which be needed.167。 配帶他人胸卡進入施工現(xiàn)場的人員。167。 Person using other worker’s badge to enter the site.167。 用不同的人名/照片偽造胸卡或篡改胸卡內容的人員。 167。 Person forging badge with different names/photos/modify the content of badge.167。 在施工現(xiàn)場毆打/恐嚇他人、飲酒/服用藥物或賭博的人員。167。 Person fighting/ threatening/ influence by alcohol/ drugs/ gambling on site.167。 連續(xù)3次以上違反安全指令的人員。167。 Person repeatedly violating safety instructions more then 3 times.167。 不遵守與重大事故/傷害相關的安全指令的人員。167。 Person not following up with instructions that can immediately cause major incident/ injury.167。 盜竊。167。 Steal.167。 未經(jīng)許可攜帶武器或炸藥進入施工現(xiàn)場。167。 Bring firearms, weapons or explosives on site without permission. 167。 在工作時間睡覺。167。 Sleep on the job.167。 工作時間內攜帶或飲用酒精飲料或服用違禁藥物。167。 Bring or use alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs during work hours.167。 違章違紀操作造成重大事故。167。 Cause serious consequences because of personal wrong operations or behaviors.
