【正文】 Control procedures of the Project from Beijing Construction Quality Control Station (hereinafter referred to as BCQCS).1 由外服局至北京市朝陽區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)局辦理計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)注冊手續(xù)。DSB shall go to Beijing Yaoyang Statistic Bureau for statistic registration of the Project.1 由外服局代使館辦理新型墻體材料專項(xiàng)基金和散裝水泥專項(xiàng)資金的繳費(fèi)手續(xù)[使館繳納此兩筆費(fèi)用]。DSB shall, on behalf of the Embassy, go through the formalities for payment of the Special Funds of new wall materials and bulked cement. (The Embassy shall pay for these funds)1 由外服局辦理該工程地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告和施工圖紙的審查手續(xù)[設(shè)計(jì)單位轉(zhuǎn)使館提供審查所需的施工圖紙及相關(guān)資料；部分申報(bào)資料由外服局提供；使館繳納地勘報(bào)告審查費(fèi)和施工圖審查費(fèi)]。DSB shall undertake the examination procedures of the Geological Survey Report and the Construction Drawings of the Project. (The Designer shall provide all the required drawings and data to be examined through the Embassy. Part of the materials shall be provided by DSB. The Embassy shall pay for the examination fees.) 由外服局至質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門辦理該工程的質(zhì)量、安全監(jiān)督手續(xù)[承包商提供報(bào)審所需的資料]DSB shall go to the Quality Control Department for quality and safety supervision procedures. (The Contractor shall provided all the materials required for application.)2 建筑施工企業(yè)辦理施工人員意外傷害保險(xiǎn)，并將保險(xiǎn)憑證提供給服務(wù)局。The Construction Unit shall be responsible for the insurance of incidence of the workers and provide the certificate to DSB.2 由外服局辦理該工程項(xiàng)目資金保函及證明的備案手續(xù)[使館出具承擔(dān)該工程施工費(fèi)用的照會]DSB shall undergo the registration formalities of guarantee letter and certificate for the funds of construction of the Project. (The Embassy shall provide a note stating that the Embassy is responsible for the cost of Project.)2 由外服局執(zhí)上述各項(xiàng)批件至市建委申領(lǐng)建筑工程施工許可證（以下簡稱開工證）。DSB shall, with all the abovementioned approvals, go to BURCC to apply for the Construction Permit for the Project. (hereinafter referred to as CPP)2 由外服局至各市政部門辦理手續(xù)，使館則向外服局提供報(bào)批所需的圖紙和文件等資料（各市政部門接用手續(xù)包括：上水、雨水、污水、天然氣、城市熱力、電話通信、衛(wèi)星電視和城市電力等的報(bào)裝登記手續(xù)）[根據(jù)不同情況由外服局、使館或承包商分繳不同項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)服務(wù)費(fèi)、施工管理費(fèi)等]。DSB shall undergo all procedures for the connection to the City Mains at concerned Departments. The Embassy shall provide all the necessary drawings and documents for the application. (Including: water supply, rainwater and waste drainage, gas, heating water, telemunications, satellite TV and power supply.)
