(All to be paid by the Embassy)1 由外服局至北京市工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督總站（以下簡稱質(zhì)監(jiān)總站）辦理該工程的報監(jiān)手續(xù)?？偲矫鎴D應(yīng)是以現(xiàn)狀地形圖為底圖繪制的藍(lán)圖，單體建筑比例尺為1/500，居住區(qū)方案比例尺為1/1000，并標(biāo)明各項經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)；各層平面圖、各向立面圖、各主要部位剖面圖（1/100或1/200）各1份；[設(shè)計單位轉(zhuǎn)使館提供]Two copies of the scheme design made by the qualified Designer (Compiled A3(horizontally) and A4(vertically)). The general plan shall be blue print based on the existing geographic map. Scale shall be 1/500 for independent building and 1/1000 for residential, with all technical data indicated. One copy each of the plan for each level, elevation of each direction, section for the key points. (Provided by the Designer through the Embassy). （5）、 依法需要進(jìn)行環(huán)境影響評價的建設(shè)項目，需持經(jīng)相應(yīng)環(huán)保部門批準(zhǔn)的環(huán)境影響評價文件；[服務(wù)局辦理]Construction project needs to be evaluated according to law for the influence to environment, should have the evaluation document approved by the concerned Environment Protection Department. (Engaged by DSB)（6）、 消防主管部門對規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案的審查決定。DSB shall, on behalf of the Embassy, entrust a Geological Survey Unit to do the survey of the project site and provided the survey report to the Designer. (The Embassy shall pay the survey fee). 設(shè)計單位根據(jù)審定方案通知書進(jìn)行建筑工程施工設(shè)計圖紙（以下簡稱施工圖）的設(shè)計工作，并經(jīng)使館向外服局提供該工程的消防系統(tǒng)、交通布置和綠化設(shè)計等圖紙和資料。Duration: Upon receiving the application, BMPC shall issue their approval – the Planning Suggestions for the Project in 20 working days (10 more days may be prolonged in special cases)報批所需資料：Submission Documents: 建設(shè)單位出具的申報委托書和填寫完整并加蓋單位印章的“建設(shè)項目規(guī)劃許可及其它事項申報表”；[服務(wù)局提供]Trust deed from the construction unit, and pletely filled “Application Form of Planning Permit and other Matters for Construction Project”, with official seals on it (Provided by DSB). 《建設(shè)用地規(guī)劃許可證》或國有土地使用證、房產(chǎn)證等材料的復(fù)印件1份；[服務(wù)局提供]A copy of “Planning Permit of Construction Site”, or Using Permit of State Owned Land, Property Certificate.(Provided by DSB). 建設(shè)單位對擬建項目情況的說明1份；建設(shè)項目擬加層的，需附設(shè)計部門出具的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)證明文件；[服務(wù)局及設(shè)計單位提供]Description to the propose project from the construction unit, if the project is an addition on the top of the existing building, certificate of foundation structure from the designer should be submitted (Provided by DSB and the Designer). 具有資質(zhì)設(shè)計單位繪制的擬建項目設(shè)計方案圖紙（含主要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)）1份；[設(shè)計單位提供] Planning drawing (including technical data) of the proposed project, made by the qualified designer. (Provided by the Designer) 在基礎(chǔ)測繪基本比例尺（1:500,1:2000）圖紙上，用鉛筆劃出用地范圍或位置的地形圖1份(遠(yuǎn)郊地區(qū)2份)；[服務(wù)局提供]One topographic map (2 for farsuburb project) with the extent or location of the project site marked on the foundation survey drawing with scale of 1:500, 1:2000.
