【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 nual Construction Plan.1 由外服局至北京市城市建設(shè)檔案館（以下簡稱檔案館）辦理該工程的竣工檔案備案登記手續(xù)（該工程竣工后將由使館向外服局提供該工程的竣工圖紙及相關(guān)資料，以送交檔案館驗收存檔）。DSB shall go to Beijing Urban Construction Archives (hereinafter referred to as BUCA) for file archives registration of the pleted project. (After the pletion of the Project, DSB shall send the asbuilt drawings and other data of the Project, provided by the Embassy, to BUCA for filing.)1 由外服局代使館向市規(guī)委申報該工程的規(guī)劃許可證：DSB shall, on behalf of the Embassy, apply for the planning permit of the Project from BMPC.工作周期：自市規(guī)委受理之日起45個工作日(特殊情況下可延長10個工作日)后出審批結(jié)果——《建設(shè)工程規(guī)劃許可證》（以下簡稱規(guī)劃證）。Duration: Upon receiving the application, BMPC shall issue their approval – “the Planning Permit for the Construction Project”(hereinafter referred to as CPPP) in 45 working days (10 more days may be prolonged in special cases)報批所需資料：Submission Documents:(1) 建設(shè)單位出具的申報委托書和填寫完整并加蓋單位印章的“建設(shè)項目規(guī)劃許可及其它事項申報表”； [服務(wù)局提供] Trust deed from the construction unit, and pletely filled “Application Form of Planning Permit and other Matters for Construction Project”, with official seals on it (Provided by DSB).（2）、 規(guī)劃意見書及附圖各1份（含復(fù)印件）；以及規(guī)劃意見書注明申報《建設(shè)工程規(guī)劃許可證》時需準備的關(guān)文件、協(xié)議、圖紙及模型； One copy each of the planning suggestions and the attached drawing, relevant documents, agreements, drawings and model listed on the planning suggestions for application of “Construction Project Planning Permit”.（3）、 市項目計劃主管部門項目立項文件或其它批準文件（300平方米以內(nèi)的建筑工程，3000平方米以內(nèi)的翻建工程及施工暫設(shè)工程、構(gòu)筑物不需此項。其中翻建工程需房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)證明文件和申報單位上級主管部門意見）；[服務(wù)局提供]Document of project establishment or approval from the Project Plan Administrative Department of Beijing Municipality (Construction project less than 300M2, renovation and temporary project less than 3000 M2 are not applicable, among which the renovation project needs the property certificate and the approval of administrative department of the higher level.) (Provided by DSB) （4）、 具有資質(zhì)的設(shè)計單位的繪制的設(shè)計方案圖2套（以A3規(guī)格（橫向）和A4規(guī)格（豎向）裝訂成冊）?？偲矫鎴D應(yīng)是以現(xiàn)狀地形圖為底圖繪制的藍圖，單體建筑比例尺為1/500，居住區(qū)方案比例尺為1/1000，并標明各項經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標；各層平面圖、各向立面圖、各主要部位剖面圖（1/100或1/200）各1份；[設(shè)計單位轉(zhuǎn)使館提供]Two copies of the scheme design made by the qualified Designer (Compiled A3(horizontally) and A4(vertically)). The general plan shall be blue print based on the existing geographic map. Scale shall be 1/500 for independent building and 1/1000 for residential, with all technical data indicated.
