We pare bulk color with lab dips.Fabric check machine: 1 fabric check machine. For silk fabric roll by roll, for cotton and polyester we check 3% of the total quantity. PreProduction Meeting: yes, we keep written records of the meeting only for quantity over 20000/po.Independent QC team: yes, only 2 people.Inline inspection: yes, we keep the records.Final inspection: yes, we have records. Apply international inspection system AQL, PIECE BY PIECE.Duplicate approved c/s: we keep counter sample for each buyer for production, and we duplicate such kind of samples for production line. Each group/section hand in their counter sample then, we check and give ments, will hold meeting if needed. The duplicate samples are hanging in front of each group.Needle Detector: we have one needle detector, only used under buyers’ request. Broken needle policy: we have broken needles records for each group, and each section strictly.SafQ test: we have no safety test, such as button test. But if buyers needed we can use pullforce machine.Nickel test: we did not do nickel test in the factory, but we can do it via ITS pany.Fabric relaxation: we did not do fabric relaxation presently, but if needed we will do fabric relaxation, about 24 hours dependeds on fabric.7 /
