【導(dǎo)讀】離技術(shù)可使加載磁粉高效回收,并使出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到資源再利用的最佳境界。理行業(yè)中的廣闊應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。所共同面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。分離技術(shù)作為高新水處理技術(shù)之一,近幾年來(lái)在國(guó)內(nèi)外開(kāi)始發(fā)展并廣泛應(yīng)用在實(shí)際工程中。凝、吸附、架橋的作用將水中的微小懸浮物或不溶性污染物與粒徑極小的磁性顆粒進(jìn)行極有效率的結(jié)合,來(lái)增加絮體的體積和比重。從而加快絮體的沉降速度,有效降低了澄清池的水力停留時(shí)間和增大了其表面。該技術(shù)具有高沉降性,占地面積小和處理效果優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)[2]。目前國(guó)內(nèi)已將磁絮凝技術(shù)應(yīng)用于鋼廠鐵磁性。本文收集了其他工業(yè)廢水以及市政污水應(yīng)用磁絮凝和磁分離技術(shù)的相關(guān)實(shí)際與測(cè)試成果,并分析其。且其穩(wěn)定性極高,不受水流影響,故不會(huì)導(dǎo)致。污泥上漂溢流出澄清池進(jìn)而影響出水水質(zhì)。它可優(yōu)化并降低原用藥量達(dá)50%。由表可知,磁絮凝與磁分離技術(shù)對(duì)市政污水中懸浮物的去除有著穩(wěn)定且極優(yōu)效果。后接生化系統(tǒng)和其他處理工藝進(jìn)行處理后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
