All above have already affected sustainable development in the western region in China seriously. Circular economy is the new economy in 21 century and the Western region in china is in progress push forward the way bee welltodo society, This text emphasizes that the circular economy is a new economic development model which would raise productivity of natural resources, pared with the traditional economic development model which is characteristic of materialization. It is expected that the birth of a New developing way of modernization in the western region in china, which is typical of the harmony among society development, human wealth and better environment. Studying of how to change traditional economic development model into circular economic development model have important theories value and practical meaning.
