【正文】 造價(jià)控制的源頭[M], 摘要建筑工程造價(jià)管理與審核是建設(shè)工程的重要組成部分，是業(yè)主提高投資效果、施工企業(yè)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。然而工程造價(jià)管理直接關(guān)系到施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈。工程造價(jià)管理的目標(biāo)就是利用科學(xué)管理的方法，合理的確定造價(jià)和有利的控制造價(jià)，已提高建筑安裝施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效果，而工程造價(jià)的審核是合理確定工程造價(jià)的必要程序及重要手段。通過對(duì)預(yù)、結(jié)算進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的檢查和復(fù)核，及時(shí)糾正所存在的錯(cuò)誤和問題，使之更加合理地確定工程造價(jià)，達(dá)到有效地控制工程造價(jià)的目的，保證項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)。關(guān)鍵詞：工程造價(jià)管理；項(xiàng)目成本控制；造價(jià)的審核 ABSTRACTConstruction cost management and audit of the construction project is an important part of.
