【正文】 載組合 28 主橋橋墩承臺(tái) 28致 謝 29 2 摘 要本文主要論述了盤錦新區(qū)緯一河二號(hào)橋的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算過(guò)程。首先,進(jìn)行橋型方案的比選,根據(jù)橋梁所處位置的實(shí)際情況及設(shè)計(jì)要求,初步擬定了2個(gè)方案——連續(xù)梁橋、拱橋。從安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用、美觀的原則出發(fā),比較后最終選擇了一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)方案——連續(xù)梁橋選定此方案后,首先結(jié)合前人設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),規(guī)范以及已建的相關(guān)橋梁資料擬定本方案橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的主要尺寸和細(xì)部尺寸,以便進(jìn)行下一步的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算。其次,進(jìn)行上部結(jié)構(gòu)掛梁和箱梁的計(jì)算,學(xué)習(xí)Midas并用Midas對(duì)主橋部分建立模型進(jìn)行上部結(jié)構(gòu)受力計(jì)算。按計(jì)算所得內(nèi)力對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)配置普通受力筋,分布筋,并將配置的鋼筋輸入Midas建立的模型中。最后對(duì)配好鋼筋的橋梁進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算、裂縫寬度驗(yàn)算、剛度驗(yàn)算。上部結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算完成后進(jìn)行下部結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算。下部結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算主要是承臺(tái)和樁基礎(chǔ)計(jì)算,包括承臺(tái)和樁的尺寸擬定、配筋設(shè)計(jì)和強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。樁配筋后要考慮在E2地震力下的承載力能力是否滿足規(guī)范要求。最后對(duì)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。關(guān)鍵詞:連續(xù)梁。Midas。上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。下部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)0 Abstract This article mainly discusses the design and calculation process of the No. 2 Bridge on the Wei Yi River in the New District of Pan Jin. First, make a parison and a decision of bridge schemes. According to the actual situation of the location of the bridge and the design requirements, preliminary two schemes are worked out including a simply supported:Continuous girder bridge and Arch bridge. Considered the security, the economy, the practical applicability and the beauty, a design scheme is chosen eventually after the pariasion. The Continuous girder bridge the appearance of which is arch bridge with hanging girder is chosen as the final bridge scheme.The final bridge scheme has been decided. First, the main dimensions and the detail size of the bridge structure need to be formulated bined previous design experience, specification, and the information of the bridges that have been built to calculate the structure for the next step. Secondly, calculate the upper structure including the beam and the box girder. Learn how to use Midas and build the model of the main part of the bridge by Midas to calculate the upper structure of the bridge. Configurate the mon mechanical reinforcement and the distribution reinforcement according to the internal force of upper structure calculated, and input the reinforcement configuratied to the model establish by Midas. Finally, the checking calculation of crack width, strength and rigidity is done to the bridge which has been matched the reinforcement well. Calculate the bottom structure after the pletion of the upper structure calculation. The bottom structural calculation is mainly about the cap and pile foundation, including the decision of the size, reinforcement design and checking calculation of strength of the cap and pile foundation. The pile which has been given reinforcement need to be considered the bearing capacity under E2 earthquake force whether meet the specification requirements.
