With the development of the market economy in China，the market petition is being ore and more fierce and reforms deepen constantly，in other words，the enterprises are falling in a severe conditions of survival crisis，meanwhile，the defense and control of the financial risk of enterprise should be mentioned gradually，furthermore，improving the ability of the management of financial crisis， strengthening internal and external restraints and effectively guarding against and fending off latent finance risks is essential. In this essay，according to investigate three aspects of finance risks（the control of rise of financing，the control of risk of capital recovery and the control of risk of cash flow）in HUALU HENGSHENG joint stock pany，to figure out the main finance risks and to strengthen and enhance the measures for the management of financial crisis. There will be some benefits in improving the selfability of control of crisis and enhancing the petitiveness of panies.
