Now it has bee one of the pulsory main courses of students majored in management in most colleges and universities. But there are still some problems in teaching this course, which are very important to be analyzed and to be solved. This paper analyzed the applicability and effectiveness of the western motivation theory, explored the necessity to analyze the theory of organizational behavior dialectically, and elaborated the teaching method of case study and bination of theory and practice.Keywords: organizational behavior。 course teaching。 problems
