【正文】 區(qū)域的情況說(shuō)明和關(guān)于它們的設(shè)計(jì)方向。 c) Request for Proposal/Consultant Scope of Services 征求建議 /服務(wù)顧問(wèn)的范圍 The Request for Proposal document is provided to the Consultants by Owner or Four Seasons to establish the design, drawing and presentation requirements for each phase of the project, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction/Tender Documents in order to provide a fee proposal to Owner. Multiple fee proposals based on mon scope of services permits Owner to pare and expedites the selection process. 征求建議書由業(yè)主或四季酒店提供給顧問(wèn)，為項(xiàng)目的每一階段（包括概念設(shè)計(jì)、草案設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)和建筑 /招標(biāo)文件各階段）確立在設(shè)計(jì)、圖紙、陳述方面的要求，從而業(yè)主可以獲得一份費(fèi)用計(jì)劃?；谙嗤?wù)范圍的多份費(fèi)用計(jì)劃可使業(yè)主進(jìn)行比較，并加速選擇的過(guò)程。 d) Review and Approval Process 評(píng)議與批準(zhǔn)程序 Owner shall cause the project to be designed and constructed as a worldclass luxury hotel based on a parable hotel (as designated in the Management Agreement) and in accordance with the Standards and the Design Brief. 業(yè)主應(yīng)按照世界級(jí)豪華酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（以 “管理協(xié)議 ”中指定的酒店作為參照）對(duì)本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和施工，并要符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計(jì)大綱。 Four Seasons will meet with Owner and Consultants to review the Design Brief and the Standards as well as to clarify roles and responsibilities, sources of direction and coordination strategy for the work of specialist Consultants, such as those involved with the kitchens and laundry. SPECIALIST CONSULTANTS 特別顧問(wèn) Specialist consultants required by FSHR include: FSHR需要以下的特別顧問(wèn)： ⅰ ) Architect 建筑師 ⅱ ) Interior Designer 室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師 ⅲ ) Restaurant Concept Designer 餐館概念設(shè)計(jì)師 ⅳ ) Spa Consultant 水療顧問(wèn) ⅴ ) Landscape Architect 環(huán)境美化設(shè)計(jì)師 vi) Structural Engineer 結(jié)構(gòu)工程師 ⅶ ) Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers 機(jī)械 /電氣 /水暖工程師 ⅷ ) Acoustic Engineer 聲學(xué)工程師 ⅸ ） Lighting Consultant 照明顧問(wèn) x) Graphics/Signage Consultant 圖形 /標(biāo)識(shí)顧問(wèn) xi) Kitchen/Laundry Consultant 廚房 /洗衣房顧問(wèn) xii) Security Consultant 安全顧問(wèn) xiii) Telemunications Consultant 通訊顧問(wèn) xiv) Audio/Visual Consultant 音像顧問(wèn) The above consultants should have successfully pleted at least one FSHR property. In some instances, it may not be possible to retain all specialist consultants with previous Four Seasons experience. These exceptions are approved on a project by project basis but under no circumstances can both the architect and interior designer be without FSHR experience. If the architect is new to FSHR properties, the interior designer must have the experience and vice versa. Alternatively, FSHR may require that an experienced design architect be retained to prepare concept plans for both guest and back of house areas which reflect the agreed FSHR programme. 以上顧問(wèn)應(yīng)至少成功完成一項(xiàng) FSHR的酒店項(xiàng)目。在某些情況下，也許不能做到所有顧問(wèn)都有參與四季酒店項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這種例外情況，在每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目中都須經(jīng)過(guò)批準(zhǔn)，但無(wú)論如何，絕不能接受建筑師和室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師都沒(méi)有與 FSHR合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如果建筑師之前未參與 FSHR的酒店工程，則室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師必須有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；反之亦然。另外， FSHR可能還會(huì)要求一名有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的 設(shè)計(jì)建筑師按照已獲同意的 FSHR項(xiàng)目要求對(duì)客房和后勤區(qū)域進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì)。
