We demonstrate cellautonomous phenotypes directly linked to disease— dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, hypoglycemia, lipodystrophy, motorneuron death, and hepatitis C infection. We found little evidence of TALEN offtarget effects, but each clonal line nevertheless harbors a signi?cant number of unique mutations.
