We teachers should use various channels to let students meet the setbacks and make them to learn how to do with them. For example, also we teachers should made some setbacks let them learn to face setbacks, risk and overe difficulties, this method can improve students’ resistance capabilities. As for younger students, according to the characteristics of students39。 age, wo teachers can cultivate students39。 abilities of a series of activities, let them in under the guidance of teachers in schools. Under the guidance of teacher let them do what they can do by themselves, and let them enjoy life, improve selfcare ability frustrations. In the student, let them to participate in activities of the class. As students in class will subject himself to find materials, the process of activity. Students in the process of activities will encounter all sorts of difficulties and setbacks. Teachers proper guidance and encouragement from their efforts help studets to solve difficulties and overe setbacks.In the process of the growth of the students will encounter difficulties and setbacks, so educationing students to correct setbacks and teaching students to learn psychology bee an important task. When student meet setback, lets the student avoid it and let him think about his success of something, or let him attend some pleasant activities. Then ponder calmly himself why would fail? Teachers and students can analyze the reason for failure, students learn to say to himself: although I failed, but finally I can succeed. Socalled failure is strong in the eyes of a ladder to success, after his ceaseless efforts, finally he certainly overe setbacks and succeed. In addition, let students learn self after thwarted in psychological venting, learn tolerance, it can change the setback to the positive transformation and strengthen students39。 resistance to frustration endurance. Anyhow, in the life journey, everything is impossible smooth, people always meet such frustration and failure. As a teacher, we should try to strengthen students’ frustration endurance resistance and cultivate students have good psychological qualities.ConclusionThis paper has discussed the problem of cultivating student’s EQ in English class and put forward some teaching methods. The discussion has clearly explained that how to stimulate students’ interest and middleschools students’ psychological character. It is not easy to cultivate the middleschools students’ EQ. First of all, teaching subjects are dull and plex. Second, middle –schools students are very rebellious in character. Despite of these, teachers have still more and more methods to deal with the problems and try their best to improve their students in English class. In teaching, teachers should behave themselves to set good examples for their students. Besides teachers should try to establis a good relationsip with the students. They should also pay attention to improving students’ municatibe ability and cultivate in their students the spirit of cooperation.
