This essay aims to explore the main factors of hazards in its development history. Analysis on large yellow croaker’s production and exportation, field sample survey on fishfarmers, and interviews on large yellow croaker association in Ningde, all of which bring out hazards such as no standard breeding process, rising breeding costs, lack of martke supervison and some other hidden dangers. In addtion, the external industry exists market limitations and international trade barriers and other factors. Finally, there es up with some suggestions featured at these hazards like support and supervison both from the government and the chamber of merce, establishing fishfarming cooperatives, organizing Large Yellow Croaker Festival and some other sugestions, which hopefully will make a contribution to the development of large yellow croaker in Ningde.【Key word】Large Yellow Croaker。 Cost Analysis。 Export Predicament
