Access top of the car 進入轎頂。 2. Run car to 6LS limit. 運行轎廂至 6LS 限位開關處。 3. Measure the spring length on the terminations. （ Rule） 用直尺測量曳引帶末端的彈簧長度。 . 4. Tighten the springs so that all of them are the same length（ Wrench） 用扳手緊固彈簧，以使所有彈簧長度相等。 5. Run the car (to bottom landing and back to top landing) 運行電梯（至底層，再返回頂層）。 6. Re measure springs and make any necessary adjustments. 37 重新測 量彈簧并作必要的調整。 7. When belts are equalized, exit car and return to service. 當曳引帶張力均衡時，退出電梯并恢復其運行服務。 SECTION 3： Car guides 第三節(jié) 轎箱導靴 Introduction: This document will give a step by step procedure on how to replace the car guide shoes. Using ERO or inspection, position the car such that the top of car is accessible. Repeat for the shoes under the car 重復相同的步驟，更換轎底導靴。 39 SECTION 4： CSB Visual Inspection 第四節(jié) 曳引帶的查看 Coated Steel Belt Visual Inspection 曳引帶的查 看 This procedure is the main belt inspection procedure for the coated steel belts. This procedure must be run at least one time per year as prescribed in the major maintenance procedure, or more frequently if required by code. In addition to this visual inspection, as prescribed by the visual result, or each year starting year 6, the MFL test procedure must be run. The MFL tool is an electronic test tool that is being used to gain more field data on the belts. A clean rag can also be run by hand over the belt to feel for surface degradation. 41 按需要在每一樓層駐停，檢查曳引帶。也可以手持干凈抹布運行感受曳引帶表面的磨損情況。 Example of a good belt 完好曳引帶樣品 Effect 效果： Smooth uniform surface 表面平滑一致。 No/little rouge (rust) No nicks or wear spots on the polyurethane coating 橡膠包層上，沒有 /幾乎沒有粗糙物或銹跡，沒 有刻斑或磨損點。 42 A) Severe belt wear, Polished Belt 嚴重的曳引帶磨損，曳引帶已被磨亮。 Effect 效果： Shiny, polished areas on the polyurethane 合成橡膠上局部磨亮。 Cause 原因： Wear/slippage 磨損 /打滑 Action 處理： Run MFL procedure, plan for a belt replacement 執(zhí)行 MFL檢測程序，制定曳引帶更換計劃。 43 B) Severe belt wear, cord imprints 曳引帶嚴重磨損，出現(xiàn)內嵌條痕 Effect 效果： Visual evidence from the exterior of the cord imprints 通過觀察可以發(fā)現(xiàn)橡膠包層 外部的內嵌條痕。 Cause 原因： Wear due to the number of cycles 反復周期性地磨損。 Action 處理： Run the MFL procedure, plan for a belt replacement 執(zhí)行 MFL檢測程序，制定曳引帶更換計劃。 44 If left the cords finally break through 如果鋼絲股完全暴露出來。 Effect 效果 The cords break through the polyurethane coating 鋼絲股從橡膠包層中暴露出來。 Cause 原因： Wear due to the number of cycles 反復周期性地磨損。 Action 處理： Shut the car down, replace the belts. 電梯斷電停止運行，立即更換曳引帶。 Steel cords 45 C) Exposed wires 鋼絲斷露出來 Enlarged view of exposed wires 鋼絲斷露的放大觀察
