【導(dǎo)讀】中國民航適航審定系統(tǒng)的歷史、現(xiàn)在與未來。中國民航適航審定系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵要素和戰(zhàn)略框架。上世紀70年代末，民航局成立工程司，開始著手開展適航審定管理。中國民航適航審定系統(tǒng)逐步建立健全與國際接軌的適航法規(guī)體系和組織機構(gòu)，培。1985年與美國聯(lián)邦航空局合作開展對MD82/90飛機在中國的轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)的監(jiān)督檢查。1985年FAA給Y12II型飛機頒發(fā)型號合格證，進而擴展涵蓋23部飛機（正常類、實。自2020年啟動對國產(chǎn)新支線飛機ARJ21-700的適航合格審定工作以來，2020年12月，沈陽航空器適航審定中心成立，側(cè)重旋翼機和輕型航空器的適。在不遠的將來，我們還將成立適航審定中心和適航。在中國民航發(fā)展的5年規(guī)劃和2020年遠景規(guī)劃中，均在實現(xiàn)民航大國向民航強
