【導(dǎo)讀】本次設(shè)計(jì)主要設(shè)計(jì)了沖壓模具中的落料模具和彎曲模具。經(jīng)過老師的提示和。指導(dǎo)，我首先分析制件的工藝性，根據(jù)工件的工藝尺寸，算出沖壓力，選壓力機(jī)，沖壓力，最后用CAD、ProE畫圖。本次設(shè)計(jì)是把一個(gè)鋼板沖壓成一個(gè)帶缺口的圓。了大學(xué)期間所學(xué)的一切專業(yè)知識(shí)，最終設(shè)計(jì)出了比較理想的兩套模具。就直接沖裁，彎曲模具根據(jù)材料的彎曲特性，算出彎曲前得半徑，設(shè)計(jì)凸凹模，用，讓我對(duì)理論應(yīng)該與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合有進(jìn)一步的理解了、也鍛煉了自己提出了問題，分析問題和解決問題的能力。
