The day of the peti ti on was rather coul d for m y l egs and my speci al oil began to paused before I jumped from the starti ng pl ace on a l ittl e spaceship but then I began my perform ance. At the correct m om ent I tri ed to open my parachute but there was a probl em. It onl y opened a l i tl e . In stead of fl yi ng softl y to earth I began to fal l faster and faster so that I coul d not turn , di ve,ci rcl e or dance. My heart stopped beati ng as I landed heavil y on a m ountai n covered with snow. Thi s i s why I am wri ti ng to you from m y hospital bed wi th two broken l egs and a fragi l e head. Daiasy responded immediately. “I’d like to see some endangered wildlife,”she said. “please take me to a distant land where I can find the animal that gave fur to make this sweater. ”At once the carpet flew away and took her to Tibet. There Daisy saw an antelope looking sad. It said,“We are being ki l ed for the wool beneath our stom ur fur i s bei ng used to m ake sweaters for peopl e li ke you . As a reasul t, we are now an endangered speci es.”At that Daisy cried,“I’m sorry I didn’t know wonder what is being done to help you. Flying carpet,please show me a pl ace where there’s some wildlife protection.” The fl yi ng carpet travel ed so fast that next mi nute they were i n Zim babwe. Dai sy turned around and found that she was bei ng watched by an elephant. “H ave you e to take my photo?”it asked. In relief Daisy burst into laughter. “Don’t laugh,”said the elephant,“We used to be an endangered species. Farmers hunted us without mercy. They said we destroyed their farm s, and money from tourists onl y went to the l arge tour pani es. So the governm ent deci ded to hel p. So good things are being done here to save local wildlife. ” Daisy smiled. “That’s good news. It shows the importance of wil dlife protection,but I’d like to help as the WWF suggests. ”The carpet Rose agai nst and al m ost at once they were in a thi ck rai nforest. A m onkey Watched them as it rubbed itself. “What are you doing?”asked Daisy. “I’m protecting myself from mosquitoes,”it replied. “When I find a milipede insect,I rub it over my body. It contains a powerful drug which affect mosquitoes. You should pay m ore attenti on to the rai nforest where I l i ve and appreci ate how the animals live rainforest,no animals,no drugs. ” Daisy was amazed. “Flying carpet, please take m e hom e so I can tel l WWF and we can begin producing this new ,please e and help,”The monkey agreed. The carpet flew home. As they landed,thi ngs begi n to di sappear. Two mi nutes l ater everything had gonethe m onkey, too. So Daisy was not able to make her new drug. N ot l ong ago a rare new speci es of bi rdli ke di nosaur was di scovered i n Country, li aoni ng Provi nce. When sci enti sts i nspected the bones, they were surprised to fi nd that these di nosaurs coul d not onl y run li ke the others but also cl im b trees.
