2下一頁(yè)第四篇:農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀分析及應(yīng)對(duì)策略農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀分析及應(yīng)對(duì)策略教師職業(yè)倦怠是教師不能有效應(yīng)對(duì)工作壓力而出現(xiàn)的一種極端反應(yīng),是教師伴隨長(zhǎng)時(shí)期的壓力體驗(yàn)而產(chǎn)生的情緒、態(tài)度和行為的衰退狀態(tài),將直接導(dǎo)致情緒衰竭、非人性化和成就感降低。占我國(guó)教師總數(shù)80%的農(nóng)村教師這一特殊群體,隨著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,新一輪課程改革的實(shí)施,職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,教育部師范司曾對(duì)3萬(wàn)名農(nóng)村教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,在回答“你愿意讓自己的孩子當(dāng)老師嗎?”這一問(wèn)題時(shí),只有18%的教師希望自己的子女將來(lái)從事教師職業(yè),而有63%的農(nóng)村教師不希望自己的子女將來(lái)也做教師,這說(shuō)明農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同感降低,這是農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠的危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)?,F(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)有很多農(nóng)村教師在情緒上表現(xiàn)出人際關(guān)系緊張、自我認(rèn)同感降低;在精神上表現(xiàn)為萎靡不振、缺乏活力;在工作上表現(xiàn)為安于現(xiàn)狀、害怕挑戰(zhàn)、不思進(jìn)取,這些都是農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠的具體體現(xiàn)。教師職業(yè)倦怠對(duì)教師本體的身心健康、學(xué)生個(gè)體發(fā)展的負(fù)面影響是相當(dāng)明顯的,也直接影響到我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育水平。理想解決農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題,首先是要找準(zhǔn)造成農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)倦怠的壓力源,追本溯源,針砭時(shí)弊,從根本上研究策略,實(shí)質(zhì)性解決問(wèn)題。筆者立足社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)景樂(lè)觀的新農(nóng)村;立足教育均衡發(fā)展的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的農(nóng)村學(xué)校;立足關(guān)系民族強(qiáng)質(zhì)發(fā)展、人類文明進(jìn)步的農(nóng)村教師職業(yè),深入農(nóng)村,廣泛走訪調(diào)研,理性思考,挖掘成因,尋求策略。思考一:農(nóng)村片面拉升的教師職業(yè)期待值,迫使教師負(fù)重前行。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)日益深刻的影響到我國(guó)廣大農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代的、開放的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,使農(nóng)村社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力沖破禁錮,掙脫束縛,國(guó)家的各項(xiàng)支農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策更是如虎添翼,極大地豐富和提高了廣大農(nóng)民的物質(zhì)文化生活水平,這使農(nóng)民從維系生存的窘境中解脫出來(lái),有更多充裕的物質(zhì)、精神空間積極關(guān)注子女的教育,關(guān)注教育內(nèi)質(zhì)的提升。隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),極大地刺激了農(nóng)民對(duì)美好生活提供永續(xù)動(dòng)力的教育愿景的追求,但在考試制度指揮棒的引領(lǐng)下,農(nóng)民家長(zhǎng)的追求是盲目的、片面的,一門心思希望子女能考上大學(xué),他們把這種追求上升為近乎欲望,偏低文化水平的農(nóng)民家長(zhǎng)在教育孩子的問(wèn)題上又要完全依賴學(xué)校教育,只要能把孩子成績(jī)提高上來(lái),他們不惜重金,請(qǐng)客送禮,為孩子擇校、擇班、擇師;不惜財(cái)力,讓孩子住校、補(bǔ)課,上學(xué)習(xí)班;不惜人力物力租房陪讀。農(nóng)民家長(zhǎng)的殷殷期盼片面拉升教師職業(yè)期待值,農(nóng)村教師的職業(yè)壓力與日劇增。農(nóng)民家長(zhǎng)把升學(xué)率作為選擇與挑剔學(xué)校、教師的唯一尺度,這種價(jià)值取向,讓農(nóng)村學(xué)校陷于兩難境地,學(xué)校要生存,要發(fā)展,就不得不用學(xué)生成績(jī)的好壞作為評(píng)價(jià)教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將成績(jī)的好壞與獎(jiǎng)金掛鉤、與年終評(píng)優(yōu)選先掛鉤、與晉職晉級(jí)掛鉤,使得目前農(nóng)村的基礎(chǔ)教育,從一定意義上說(shuō),已經(jīng)異化為升學(xué)教育。迫不得已,學(xué)校也把社會(huì)壓力轉(zhuǎn)嫁給我們的教師,承載了太多期待的農(nóng)村教師,在辦學(xué)條件相對(duì)落后的情況下,他們不得不犧牲課余時(shí)間,加班加點(diǎn),工作時(shí)間被無(wú)限制地拉長(zhǎng),班主任更是早來(lái)晚走,
