【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 83。 18 致謝 19 參考文獻(xiàn) 20 附錄Ⅰ 21 附錄Ⅱ 22 燕山大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2 摘要 Pro/E 是美國(guó) PTC 公司著名的 CAD/CAM 3D 設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。自 1998 年問世以來(lái)，已經(jīng)逐漸成為當(dāng)今世界最普及的 CAD/CAM 3D 系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軟件，該軟件廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、模具、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、汽車、電子、航空航天、家電等各行業(yè)。 Pro/E 的功能非常強(qiáng)大，使用它能夠進(jìn)行諸如零件設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品組合、模具開發(fā)、 NC（ NumberControl 數(shù)控）加工、鈑金件設(shè)計(jì)、鑄造件設(shè)計(jì)、造型設(shè)計(jì)、逆向工程、自動(dòng)測(cè)量、運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真、應(yīng)力分析、以及產(chǎn)品數(shù) 據(jù)庫(kù)管理等工作。但是 Pro/E 結(jié)構(gòu)龐大，模塊眾多，所以學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)有一定的難度。 本文通過對(duì)階梯軸的設(shè)計(jì)和對(duì)外形輪廓進(jìn)行粗加工程序設(shè)置，首先利用 Pro/E 進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì)，再通過參照?qǐng)D對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的零件進(jìn)行精密尺寸限制和適當(dāng)?shù)男薷?。而在制造方面，利用車削和銑削窗口?guī)劃加工范圍，以NC 序列從加工坯料開始進(jìn)行粗加工。 通過 Pro/E 模塊的使用，了解和掌握了零件的 NC 加工，加工程序生成，最終完成了階梯軸的設(shè)計(jì)和制造。通過這次的設(shè)計(jì)使我對(duì) Pro/E 也有了很深的了解。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： Pro/Engineer,CAD/CAM,階梯軸 ，零件設(shè)計(jì)，數(shù)控加工 燕山大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 3 Abstract Pro / E is a CAD/CAM 3D design system which is producted by wellknown . pany PTC. Since its inception appears in 1998, has bee the world39。s most popular CAD / CAM 3D systems with standard software, the software is widely used in machinery, tooling, industrial design, automotive, electronics, aerospace, appliance and other industries. Pro / E is very powerful, it can be used as part design, product mix, mold development, NC (NumberControl CNC) machining, sheet metal design, casting design, design, reverse engineering, automatic measurement, motion simulation, stress analysis, and product database management. But Pro / E structure large number of modules, so it has some learning difficulties. Based on the stepped shaft design and contour roughing program settings, the first use of Pro / E for the overall design, and then by reference to the figure of the designed size limit and precision parts with appropriate modifications. In manufacturing, the use of turning and milling machining range planning window to NC sequence started from the processing of rough stock. By Pro / E module to use, understand and master the parts of the NC machining, machining program generation, finally pleted the design and manufacture of stepped shaft.
