【文章內容簡介】 一批材料到現(xiàn)場后經甲方驗收合格，乙方開具合同全額的17%增值稅發(fā)票10個工作日內，付合同總金額50%。*(2) 40% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T within 10 working days after the construction pleted and accepted by Buyer. *施工完成經甲方驗收合格10個工作日內支付合同總金額的40％。(3) 10% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T after one year normal operation of the facility and the Warranty Period expired. *剩下的10%作為質保金，設備正常運行1年后付清。(4) In case of the site construction in Iran, Buyer will be responsible for visa, roundtrip fares and traveling expense, food and acmodation, and 30 US Dollar daily subsidies for each of Seller’s construction personnel on Iran Site.
