【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 （1） 甲方依法制定的規(guī)章制度應(yīng)當(dāng)告知乙方。Party A draw the regulation and rules accordance to law and shall inform Party B.（2） 乙方應(yīng)遵守和、有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和甲方依法制定的規(guī)章制度按時(shí)完成工作任務(wù)進(jìn)步職業(yè)技能遵守平安操作規(guī)程和職業(yè)道德。Party B shall obey the related Law and the Regulation whi is draw by Party A。 to plete task on time, ply with the safety rules and occation moral.（3） 乙方自覺遵守和、方案生育的有關(guān)規(guī)定。Party B shall ply with the Family Planning regulation accordance to the Law. 勞動(dòng)合同變更 Article 8 Alternation of Contract甲乙雙方經(jīng)協(xié)商一致可以變更勞動(dòng)合同。變更勞動(dòng)合同應(yīng)采用書面形式。變更后的勞動(dòng)合同文本雙方各執(zhí)一份。Both of Party A and Party B rea a consensus on alteration of contract, whi shall be in written form. Both parties shall keep a copy of revised contract. 勞動(dòng)合同解除和終止 Article 9 Dissolution and Termination of Contract（1） 甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致可以解除勞動(dòng)合同。 Where Party A and Party B rea a consensus, the contract can be terminated.（2） 乙方提早三以書面形式甲方可以解除勞動(dòng)合同；乙方試用內(nèi)提早甲方可以解除勞動(dòng)合同。To terminate the contract, Party B shall inform Party A in written notice in a thirty days advance. Party B in three days advance notice to Party A in probation period.（3） 甲方有以下情形之一的乙方可以甲方解除勞動(dòng)同： In any of the following circumstances, Party B may notify Party A to terminate this contract 未按照勞動(dòng)合同約定提供勞動(dòng)保護(hù)或者勞動(dòng)條件的； Failure on the part of Party A to provide working conditions as agreed on this contract. 未及時(shí)足額支付勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬的； Failure on the part of Party A to pay labour remuneration. 未依法為乙方繳納社會(huì)費(fèi)經(jīng)乙方要求甲方繳納超過一個(gè)月仍未繳納的；Party B shall pay social insurance premiums fall short of legal provisions, Party B request Party A to pay, not pay more than a month。 規(guī)章制度違犯法律、法規(guī)的規(guī)定損害乙方權(quán)益的；Bylaw violates the legal provisions regulations, damage to Party B39。s rights and interests。 以欺詐、脅迫的手段或者乘人之危使乙方在違犯意思的情況下訂立或者變更本勞動(dòng)合同致使勞動(dòng)合同無效的；By means of fraud and intimidation or position of vulnerability, so that Party B conclude or ange the labor contract in violation of the true meaning of the case, the labor contract is invalid。免除自己的法定責(zé)任、排除乙方權(quán)利致使勞動(dòng)合同無效的；Escaping their own legal responsibilities and eliminating Party B’s rights lead to the labor contract invalid。違犯法律、行政法規(guī)強(qiáng)迫性規(guī)定致使勞動(dòng)合同無效的；In violation of laws, administrative regulations of the mandatory provisions,the labor contract is invalid；法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定乙方可以解除勞動(dòng)合同的其他情形。 Legal and administrative regulations, Party B may terminate the labor contract situation.四〕甲方以、威脅或者限制人身的手段強(qiáng)迫乙方勞動(dòng)的或者甲方違章指揮、強(qiáng)冒險(xiǎn)作業(yè)危及乙方人身平安的乙方可以立即解除勞動(dòng)合同不需事先告知甲方。Party A forces Party B to work by violence, threat or illegal limitations of Party B’s freedom or Party A forces Party B to work by means of force, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom.
