【正文】 12. others其他約定事項(xiàng)：(1) This Purchase Contract is in both Chinese and English. 本合同為中英文雙語合同，如果雙語之間出現(xiàn)任何矛盾，以中文為準(zhǔn)。 (2) The adjustment factor of contract price:合同價(jià)款的調(diào)整因素： a. Change Order issued by Buyer 。*(2) 40% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T within 10 working days after the construction pleted and accepted by Buyer. *施工完成經(jīng)甲方驗(yàn)收合格10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)支付合同總金額的40％。(2) Construction period will be 15 days from the date of issuance of the order to mence the construction from Buyer.自甲方發(fā)出開工令之日算起，工程工期15天。3. Job Sites: 施工地點(diǎn)： 4. Construction Equipment, Tools amp。 Field Personnel Management: 施工設(shè)備工具及現(xiàn)場人員管理：(1) All the construction equipment and tools shall be provided by Seller.所有施工用設(shè)備及工具由乙方自帶。(3) Construction period may be postponed as Buyer agreed after he certified that the delay not caused by Seller.非乙方原因造成工期延誤，須經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)后工期順延。(3) 10% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T after one year normal operation of the facility and the Warranty Period expired. *剩下的10%作為質(zhì)保金，設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行1年后付清。甲方發(fā)出的變更或指令。(2) This Purchase Contract shall be made in four originals, one for Seller and three for Buyer. All have the same legal force.本合同一式肆份，甲執(zhí)三份，乙執(zhí)一份。協(xié)商不通，可在甲方所在地通過法律手段解決。合同執(zhí)行過程中其它任何一方不得擅自更改，除下列第2條中規(guī)定的調(diào)整因素需在結(jié)算時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整外，合同價(jià)款均不予調(diào)整。7. Payment Term 結(jié)算方式和期限: * (1) 50% of the Total Contract Value will be paid by T/T within 10 working days after the first lot of material arrived at the site and accepted by Buyer, Seller shall provide VAT invoice with the total contract value to Buyer. *第一批材料到現(xiàn)場后經(jīng)甲方驗(yàn)收合格，乙方開具合同全額的17%增值稅發(fā)票10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，付合同總金額50%。5.
