【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 60 months from date of sale to the first customer (“ the customer”) as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon, Hareon will, at its option, either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the Customer (“Purchase price”). The repair, replacement of refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the 60 month period set forth herein. This limited Product Warranty does not warrant a specific power output. （ 3） 海潤 對 太陽能組件 功率輸出承諾如下 ： 以 海潤 的裝運單日期起算 ， 自 組件 銷售給買方之日起 10 年內(nèi)， 任何太陽能組件，與 海潤 所提供產(chǎn)品 測試報告對比，功率不足最小峰值功率的 90%； 自 組件銷售給買方 之日起 25 年內(nèi) ，與 海潤 所提供產(chǎn)品測試報告對比，功率不足最小峰值功率的 80%； 同時 海潤 確認 短缺功率的問題是因為材料本身以及工藝問題造成的，則 海潤 可以選擇或提供額外電池板補足功率，或?qū)Σ涣茧姵匕暹M行修理或換貨，或是按照當時售價返還貨款 ； 峰值功率是組件在最大功率點上產(chǎn)生的峰值瓦數(shù)。 測試 條件 為 ： (a)光譜 AM ； (b)輻照度 1,000 W / m2 (c)電池片溫度 25攝氏度。 測試由 海潤 參照 IEC904 和 海潤 制造被售出組件的標準以及測試標準進行。 測得數(shù)據(jù)取自接線盒引線。 功率輸出 數(shù)據(jù) 以 海潤 或 海潤 指定的 第三方測試機構(gòu)的測試結(jié)果為準。 For the PVmodules, Hareon additionally warrants： If within the first ten(10) years from date of sale to the buyer as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon, any PVmodule(s) exhibits a power output less than 90% of the minimum Peak Power at STC1 as specified at the date of delivery in Hareon’s Product information Sheet, within a period of twentyfive(25) years from date of sale to the buyer as shown in shipping invoice of Hareon any PVmodule(s) exhibits a power output less than 80% of the minimum Peak Power at STC1 as specified at the date of delivery in Hareon’s Product information Sheet,provided that such loss in power is determined by Hareon ( at its sol
