【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 It is appropriate for the limitexceeding equipment to be prefabricated on the installation site so as to adopt shortdistance transportation by trailing frame or tailor. 超限設(shè)備運輸方案編制前應(yīng)確認(rèn)下列問題 : Before planning of transportation schedule for limitexceeding equipment, the following matters shall be identified. (1) 沿途跨路架空輸電電纜和通訊電線以及廠區(qū)架空管廊到地面的凈距 。 The distance from roadcrossing overhead power cable and munication wire to the ground along the way of transportation, and that of overhead pipe gallery to the ground in the factory area。 (2) 沿途橋梁涵洞的空間尺寸 。 The space size of the bridge culvert along the transportation way。 (3) 沿途公路和橋梁的承載能力。 The bearing capacity of highway and bridge along the transportation way. 拖車運輸高度和寬度及運輸載荷限制應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行的《公路橋面設(shè)計通用規(guī)范》規(guī)定。 The loading height and width, and load of the trailer shall be in accordance with the “Specifications for the Design of Highway and Bridge”. 火車運輸設(shè)備高度、長度、重力應(yīng)符合火車運輸超限規(guī)定，設(shè)備運輸重力、尺寸應(yīng)經(jīng)鐵路部門確認(rèn)。 The height, length and weight of the equipment to be transported by railway shall be in accordance with the limitexceeding regulations of railway, the weight and size of the equipment to be transported shall be subject to approval by the railway authorities. 鐵路涵洞超限貨物裝載限界應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。 The loading limitation of goods to transported through railway culvert shall be in accordance with relevant regulations. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軌距運輸車輛規(guī)格應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。 STATIC EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION GUIDELINES 靜設(shè)備安裝導(dǎo)則 PR00CIJMS0001A00 Page 8 of 33 4/12/02 The specification of transportation wagon on the standard track gauge shall be in accordance with relevant regulations. 長大貨物用平板車規(guī)格應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)定。 The specification of flat cart for long and largesized goods shall be in accordance with relevant regulations. 水路運輸設(shè)備預(yù)制深度應(yīng)根據(jù)水路和裝卸碼頭的裝載能力決定。 The predetermined depth for the waterway transportation of equipment shall be determined according to the loading capacity of waterway and packing dock. 水路運輸?shù)耐ê?凈空尺寸應(yīng)符合《全國天然、渠化河流及人工運河通航試行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1975 年頒布 )》和《拱橋或梁底帶斜撐的橋梁橋下通航凈空尺度試行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) (1975 年頒布 )》的規(guī)定。 The navigation clearance size of waterway transportation shall be in accordance with provisions of “Tentative Navigation Standard for National Natural and Ditched Rivers and Canal (issued in 1975)” and “Tentative Standard of Navigation Clearance Size for the Arch Bridges or Bridges with Sway Brace in the Girder Bottom (issued in 1975)”. 設(shè)備裝卸運輸?shù)闹У觞c The supporting and hoisting points for loading, unloading and transportation of equipment. 設(shè)備裝卸運輸?shù)闹У觞c (簡稱支吊點 )數(shù)量不宜少于兩點。 Number of supporting and hoisting points for loading, unloading and transportation of equipment (shortly referred to as supporting and hoisting points) shall be not less than two. 雙支吊點裝卸和雙拖排運輸時，設(shè)備支吊點外懸段長度宜為設(shè)備長度的 1/5 。 In case of loading and unloading with double supporting and hoisting points and transporting with double trailing frames, the suspension length outside the supporting and hoisting points of the equipment shall be 1/5 of the length of the equipment. 設(shè)備多支點坡道裝卸及設(shè)備在火車和船舶上支點的設(shè)置 ,應(yīng)使各支點的反力和設(shè)備各段最大彎矩絕對值相接近。 Slope with multiple supporting points for loading and unloading of equipment, and arrangement of supporting points on train and ship shall be such that the counter force of all the supporting points and the absolute value of the max. bending torque of each section of the equipment are approximately close to each other. 支吊點應(yīng)避開設(shè)備外部短管，保溫支持圖、加強圈和筋板等零部件 ,且宜設(shè)置在設(shè)備內(nèi)部有支承圈處。 The supporting and hoisting points shall be arranged to be away from the external short pipes, thermal supporting rings, reinforcing rings and reinforced plates and other parts of the equipment, and shall be arranged at the position with inside supporting ring. 設(shè)備長途運輸時應(yīng)使用木制 或鋼制鞍式支座，其包角應(yīng)大于 60176。，且應(yīng)盡可能降低支座高度。 The saddled support made of wood or steel shall be used for longdistance transportation of the equipment, with wrap angle bigger than 60176。 and the height of the support shall be reduced as much as possible. 設(shè)備支吊點處局部應(yīng)力 若超過規(guī)定 ,宜采用適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧? The ground foundation acceptance record with the following items shall be filled out at the time of inspection of the pits: (1) 基坑的尺寸、地基表面的標(biāo)高和水平度 ， 以及基坑中心的座標(biāo)等是否符合設(shè)計要求 。 Whether the size of the pit, the elevation and levelness of foundation surface and the coordinates of the pit center etc. meet the design requirements. (2) 地基的土質(zhì)是否符合設(shè)計要求 。 Whether the soil quality of the foundation is in accordance with the design requirements. (3) 柱位 布置、樁頂標(biāo)高和樁頭質(zhì)量及錨固鋼筋是否符合設(shè)計要求 . Whether the arrangement of pile position, the elevation of pile top, the quality of pile head, and anchor bar are in accordance with the design requirements. 設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)在鄰近深于該基礎(chǔ)的地下工程施工完畢 ， 土方回填合格后施工。 The equipment foundation shall be constructed after the pletion of underground project construction adjacent to and deeper than the said foundation and after the approval of backfill. 在已建成的建筑物內(nèi)部或建、構(gòu)筑物附近進行設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)施工時 ， 應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)措施防止已有結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生沉降或損壞。 When the construction of the equipment foundation is carried out in the finished buildings or in the vicinity of building or structure, the countermeasures shall be taken to
