心衰患者中血清ghrelin水平及意義doc(編輯修改稿)

【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 本院心內(nèi)科符合美國(guó)心臟學(xué)會(huì)和心臟病協(xié)會(huì)2005年慢性心衰診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的心衰病人及門(mén)診健康體檢者。并作慢性心衰調(diào)查表統(tǒng)計(jì)病例資料（材料見(jiàn)附頁(yè)）。50－70歲，男女各半。實(shí)驗(yàn)分組1)健康對(duì)照組（20例）2)心衰組（80例）a. 心衰A期組（20例）b. 心衰B期組（20例）c. 心衰C期組（20例）d. 心衰D期組（20例）空腹8－12小時(shí)，第二日清晨空腹經(jīng)肘靜脈采靜脈血4ml， 分離血清，根據(jù)試劑盒說(shuō)明，采用酶聯(lián)免疫法檢測(cè)血漿中的ghrelin的水平。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析：計(jì)量資料以均數(shù)加減標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(x177。s)表示,組間比較采用兩組獨(dú)立樣本資料的t檢驗(yàn),組內(nèi)比較采用析因設(shè)計(jì)資料的方差分析以及多個(gè)樣本均數(shù)的兩兩比較的方差分析。并作ghrelin與內(nèi)皮素的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析。檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)α=，P。參考文獻(xiàn)：[1]Hunt SA,Baker DM,Chin MN,etal.
