【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 具有靶向運(yùn)送的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)外，還具有其他的很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)：如，對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)載的基因、基因載體和藥物等沒有嚴(yán)格的大小限制；可以介導(dǎo)多種基因或藥物；偶合物通過生理性內(nèi)吞途徑進(jìn)入細(xì)胞，對(duì)細(xì)胞損傷作用小，效率高；無(wú)致癌變作用等。目前，由于技術(shù)方面的原因，偶合物的制備方面還存在很大的不足。隨著分子生物學(xué)、分子藥理學(xué)以及藥物化學(xué)的不斷發(fā)展，載體方面會(huì)有很大的發(fā)展前景。受體介導(dǎo)藥物作為藥物研究中的新方向，將有更廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。Reseach of Liver Targeted Drug Carrier Mediated by Asialoglycoprotein ReceptorMA Zhen, Wang Zunyuan, SHEN Zhengrong (Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences, Hangzhou 310013)參考文獻(xiàn)[1] Stoetkert RJ, Morel AG.
