e between foreign management idea and chinese rural traditional resources, British colonist brought in the rural governance idea which has stronger selfgovernance colour after they have invaded and occupied Weihaiwei. Based on the local selfgovernance tradition, they formed unique rural governance mode and finally they had a relatively well governance effect. Argument about how to explain this case may still exist, but the attempt of the British provides a unique case for our reference to use western governance experience, seftexamine and to explore the rural governance mode in China. Above all, this case provides us not only taking example by governance form, but also the inspiration of methodology which is the reflection of our governance thought and the question closely to our governance main content of this thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the interpretation of Hayek’s “spontaneousexpanding order” theory, the selfexamination of constructive rationalism, using Mr. Liang views as reference, a theoretical framework is put forward:the hypothesis of how to achieve the dynamic balance among social reality, order and value principle.
