Forty years ago, China and Untied States made a creative move by issuing the Shanghai Communiqu233。. The Communiqu233。, which both affirmed the shared views of the two countries and listed their differences truthfully, established the basic principles on ChinaUS relations.當(dāng)前人類(lèi)已進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)的第二個(gè)十年，我們的思想、政策、行動(dòng)應(yīng)該與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，以創(chuàng)新的思維，切實(shí)的行動(dòng)，打破歷史上大國(guó)對(duì)抗沖突的傳統(tǒng)邏輯，探索經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代，發(fā)展大國(guó)關(guān)系的新路徑。We are now in the second decade of the 21st century and we need to advance with the times in our thinking, policies and actions.
