Market Report 為使甲方充分了解現(xiàn)行市場情況，乙方承擔(dān)至少每季度一次或在必要時隨時向甲方提供市場報告，內(nèi)容包括與本協(xié)議代理商品的進(jìn)口與銷售有關(guān)的地方規(guī)章的變動、當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展趨勢以及買方對甲方按協(xié)議供應(yīng)的貨物的品質(zhì)、包裝、價格等方面的意見。乙方還承擔(dān)向甲方提供其他供應(yīng)商類似商品的報價和廣告資料。 In order to keep Party A well informed of the prevailing market conditions, Party B should undertake to supply Party A, at least once a quarter or at any time when necessary, with market reports concerning changes of the local regulations in connection with the import and sales of the modity covered by this agreement, local market tendency and the buyer39。s ments on quality, packing, price, etc. of the goods supplied by Party A under this agreement. Party B shall also supply party A with quotations and advertising materials on similar products of other suppliers. 8. 廣告及費用 Advertising and Expenses 乙方負(fù)擔(dān)本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)在美國銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費用，并向甲方提交所用于廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核準(zhǔn) . Party B shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity in connection with the modity in question in US within the validity of this agreement, and shall submit to Party A all audio and video materials intended for advertising for prior approval. 9. 工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán) Industrial Property Rights 在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，為銷售甲方產(chǎn)品，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的商標(biāo)，并承認(rèn)使用于或包含于甲方產(chǎn)品中的任何專利商標(biāo)、版權(quán)或其他工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)為甲方獨家擁有。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權(quán)，乙方應(yīng)立即通知甲方并協(xié)助甲方采取措施保護(hù)甲方權(quán)益。 Party B may use the trademarks owned by Party A for the sale of the products covered herein within the validity of this agreement, and shall acknowledge that all patents, trademarks, copy rights or any other industrial property rights used or embodied in products covered herein shall remain to be the sole properties of Party A.
