Market Report 為使甲方充分了解現(xiàn)行市場情況，乙方承擔(dān)至少每季度一次或在必要時(shí)隨時(shí)向甲方提供市場報(bào)告，內(nèi)容包括與本協(xié)議代理商品的進(jìn)口與銷售有關(guān)的地方規(guī)章的變動(dòng)、當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展趨勢以及買方對(duì)甲方按協(xié)議供應(yīng)的貨物的品質(zhì)、包裝、價(jià)格等方面的意見。 Both parties shall negotiate with each other on the property right and registration of all patents, trademarks, copy rights or any other industrial property rights used or embodied in products covered herein after the joint venture agreement is signed.
