【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 節(jié)嚴重程度予以相應處罰： 甲類過失：初次違反上述規(guī)定，情節(jié)輕微，罰款 5~10 元并口頭警告； 乙類過失：初次違反上述規(guī)定但情節(jié)較嚴重，罰款 10~20 元并記過一次； 丙類過失：再次違反上述規(guī)定有關內(nèi)容或初次違反上述規(guī)定但情節(jié)十分嚴重，罰款 20~50 元并記大過一次； 丁類過失：屢次違反上述規(guī)定并無改正表現(xiàn)或情節(jié)惡劣嚴重影響學校聲譽，罰款 50~100 元并報學校予以辭退或開除； 2） 獎勵：凡遵守上述規(guī)定，日常工作表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者視情況予以相應獎勵和通報表揚（具體金額由分校和分校部、少兒部共同協(xié)商確定） 獎罰程序： 分校在日常管理中發(fā)現(xiàn)教師違紀情況后，由分校主管當場開罰單并告知當事人，一周內(nèi)報分校部和少兒部共同備案。（嚴重情況應及時報分校部和少兒部共同處理）。 本規(guī) 定最終解釋權歸少兒部，自頒布之日起生效。 **少兒部教師培訓和例會制度 一． 考勤： 1． 簽到：所有參加培訓和例會的教師需提前在指定地方簽到； 2． 請假：教師如有特殊情況確實不能參加培訓和例會的，需提前一周寫請假條并由分校主管審批后交于少兒部。凡臨時請假或口頭，電話請假者一律不受理，按曠會論處。 二． 紀律： 2． 培訓和例會過程中，手機必須置于震動或靜間狀態(tài)（最好關閉），嚴禁接打電話和收發(fā)短信。 3． 保持會場安靜，嚴禁交頭接耳，竊竊私語，吃零食和喝東西及其它一切與會無關的行為。 4． 不得隨意走動或提前退場，確有特殊情況者需征得主持人 或培訓師同意后方可離席。 三．獎罰規(guī)定： 1． 凡遲到，早退和曠會者，一律按《 **外語少兒部管理規(guī)定》并視情節(jié)予以處罰。 2． 凡不遵守會議紀律者，主持人或培訓師可予以批評，再次違反將記錄姓名并要求會后寫出書面檢查，屢教不改者，主持人或培訓師有權取消其培訓或參會資格，予以全校通報批評。 3． 對于認真參加培訓及例會的教師，在年度考核和優(yōu)秀教師評選中予以加分，對于不認真者視情節(jié)予以減分直至取消評優(yōu)資格。 領物須知 1． 工作證 負責 老師發(fā)放 2． 書，教 參，磁帶，→ 負責 老師（本項領取時需付押金，書一本 20 元，磁帶一盤 10元，教參一本 5 元，開票。退還時憑票據(jù)找盧老師辦手續(xù)，后去財務室領取押金。） 5． 教案，電話卡→ 負責 老師 6． 試卷（期末及月考）→ 負責 老師 少兒部教師電話卡的管理規(guī)定 為了加強教師與家長之間的聯(lián)系 ,確保我校教學質量的穩(wěn)步提高 ,根椐少兒部實際情況 ,給教師配奮電話卡 ,具體規(guī)定如下 : 一 :領取和使用規(guī)定 : 1. 每班每期學員每人 1 元 ,以班級人數(shù)為準 ,所帶班級數(shù)量匯總到一起 ,最后以實際人數(shù) (四舍五入 )來定電話卡金額 . 2. 領取電話卡時間原則上必須在本班開課一個月之內(nèi) ,過期不再領取 (若逢電話卡購買期間可按實際順延 ),領取時需憑 電話卡領取申請單 ,要求按規(guī)定填寫清楚并有主管簽字 ,同時附帶 學員考勤表 ,(出勤表上尤要注明姓名 ,性別 ,聯(lián)系方式 ,開課日期 ,上課時間 ,代課地點 )及上期學員回訪記錄。 3. 領取電話卡后每期與學生聯(lián)系不得少于 3 次 (期初 ,期中 ,期末 ). 4. 每期在與學生聯(lián)系時要如實填寫《學員回訪表》，教師不得使用電話卡打私人電話或對記錄弄虛作假 ,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)將按規(guī)定處罰 . 二 :獎罰規(guī)定： 1. 學校成立各分校 ,少兒部和分校部 (客戶服務中心 )三重管理機制對教師電話回訪進行監(jiān)督 . 2. 凡發(fā)現(xiàn)教 師違規(guī)使用電話卡或記錄弄虛作假者 ,一律處以原卡金額 10 倍的罰款 ,并予以全校通報批評 .違規(guī) 2 次以上或情節(jié)特別嚴重者 ,除以上處罰外將停發(fā)其工資 . 3. 對于按要求認真回訪并得到學生和家長一致認可和表揚的教師 ,學校將按有關規(guī)定給予1050 元獎勵 . 三 :規(guī)定自 2020 年 1 月 1 日起執(zhí)行 ,未盡事宜解釋權歸少兒部 .
