Any casual adjustments of the equipments 1. 概述 本次無負(fù)荷單機試車主要是針對原料磨系統(tǒng)（包括廢氣處理）進(jìn)行單機測試，測試的主要設(shè)備：板式給料機、皮帶稱、皮帶輸送機、斗提機、斜槽、工藝風(fēng)機、袋收塵器、球磨機及相配套的輔機設(shè)備。 測試的內(nèi)容主要是：電機的旋向、電機的電流情況、軸承的溫度、設(shè)備的振動及轉(zhuǎn)速、液壓油站的工作情況、設(shè)備的運轉(zhuǎn)情況及設(shè)備的密封等 。 2. 安全 無負(fù)荷測試安全程序 ? 無負(fù)荷測試由 CBMI 負(fù)責(zé)組織進(jìn)行，測試期間所有操作指令必須由 CBMI測試負(fù)責(zé)人下達(dá)，所有測試中的情況、問題均須匯報給 CBMI 測試負(fù)責(zé)人，由其做出判斷。 ? 單機無負(fù)荷測試參加人員 清單由 CBMI試車主管簽署，清單中應(yīng)指定測試負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員， LIC 參加測試的人員負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員由 LIC 在其清單中明確。CBMI 安全員根據(jù)參加人員清單發(fā)放測試許可證。 ? 為保證 LIC參與測試人員及所有測試人員安全，進(jìn)入測試區(qū)域后所有測試人員必須服從 CBMI 測試負(fù)責(zé)人安排，測試期間嚴(yán)禁隨意調(diào)整設(shè)備和觸摸設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)動部位，除非得到 CBMI 測試工程師的許可和監(jiān)護(hù)。 or touching of rotating parts is strictly forbidden unless permissions and supervisions are offered by CBMI testing engineers. ? Prior to dry run test, a list of general inspection, mechanical check and preventive checks of electrical instruments shall be made and signed by instructors from CBMI, LIC and the supplier(if necessary).The abovementioned documents shall be forwarded to the personnel in charge of test. ? CBMI personnel in charge of safety management shall clear the field and place signs, symbols to safeguard the testing zone. ? The switches at electrical rooms and at the field shall be in open position and locked. ? The personnel in charge of test confirm the pletion of above work and inform the operators to make operational preparations. All participants shall be ready to start the equipments before filling and forwarding the application of operations to safety personnel for approval. Such application shall state the name of operation, planned duration and those parts which shall have power supplies. ? The safety personnel will review the inspection prior to test run to ensure the safety once power supplies are switched on. The safety personnel shall sign on the application for permission of operations. ? The safety personnel open the lock on the electrical switches of relevant electrical equipments. ? The personnel in charge of the test run issues an instruction to start the equipments so that the test run shall be implemented according to the dry run testing schemes. ? After the pletion of the test, the personnel in charge of test returns the application of ? 無負(fù)荷測試前，一般檢查、機械檢查、電氣儀表的預(yù)防性檢查清單應(yīng)完成并由 CBMI、 LIC、供貨商指導(dǎo)員（如需要）簽署，以上文件需提交測試負(fù)責(zé)人 。 ? Sufficient lighting and fire fighting facilities shall be provided at the workshops and electrical rooms。 ? Prior to dry run test run of equipment, all participants shall read carefully the operational manuals of the equipments as well as those contents concerning safety of the people and equipments。 ? Sufficient number of safety signs, symbols and warning plates shall be placed nearby the testing equipments/workshop。 ribbons in red amp。 white stripes for safety warnings shall be arranged at the entrance and exits of the testing workshop/zone and guarded by CBMI guards. All personnel entering the zone shall show the guard their permissions of participation。 ? Personnel on duty shall be arranged around the clock once the main substation delivers power supplies。 ? An electrician shall be arranged on of field to 證， LIC 測試負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)將 LIC 參加測試人員的測試許可證收集齊全后交還CBMI。 一般安全原則 ? 試車區(qū)域應(yīng)清理干凈，到設(shè)備的檢修通道必須安全； ? 車間、電力室必須配置充裕的照明設(shè)施和消防器材； ? 在進(jìn)行設(shè)備的無負(fù)荷測試前參與測試人員必須詳細(xì)閱讀設(shè)備操作手冊關(guān)于人身、設(shè)備安全方面的相關(guān)內(nèi)容； ? 測試設(shè)備或車間附近張貼足夠的安全標(biāo)識及警告牌，測試車間、區(qū)域的進(jìn)出口設(shè)置紅白相間的安全警示帶并由CBMI 的警衛(wèi)把守，所有進(jìn)入該 區(qū)域的人員必須向警衛(wèi)出示測試參加許可證件； ? 總降送電后 ,設(shè)置不間斷值班人員； ? 中控室安排相應(yīng)的操作人員； ? 電力室安排一個電工； ? 現(xiàn)場安排一個電 工 操作 設(shè)備 ； ? 測試操作人員必須堅守崗位，不得擅離崗位； ? 在無負(fù)荷測試期間，測試人員必須看到整個安裝檢測過程； ? 中控室、電氣室與現(xiàn)場操作人員通過對講機進(jìn)行聯(lián)系。 標(biāo)志、標(biāo)識和測試區(qū)域的警戒 operate equipment。 ?
