If the Seller can not delivery the goods on time due to other nonhuman natural factors it will be not in the scope of the claim. 9. 解決合同糾紛的方式 The way to resolve contract disputes 執(zhí)行本合同發(fā)生爭議，由當事人雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成，雙方同意由簽約地人民法院管轄訴訟解決。 The implementation of this contract dispute, resolved through consultation by both parties, negotiation fails, Both sides agreed to appeal to the local People s Court in the contract signing place. 10. 合同份數與生效 Contract copies and effect 本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，合同自簽字與蓋章之日起生效，保修期滿后失效。 The contract is done in duplicate.
